"The decision that I would ever turn them in was made from the start." I do not work in law enforcement and have not participated in operational activities. In November 2017, after the failure of the "Maltsev Revolution," I saw a proposal to create a new organization in a Telegram chat and went to a meeting. This is my hobby: for seven years now, I have been going to meetings of all sorts of organizations that seem illegal to me. "Legal organizations are boring." On behalf of the accused Ruslan Kostylenkov, I rented an office using someone else's documents, and then, also observing secrecy, I dealt with finances. "New Greatness" planned to create an unconstitutional body, a "provisional government," by participating in the coup. Realizing that this was breaking the law, I began collecting detailed information about the participants of New Greatness and recording the meetings with a hidden camera. "I wanted to have time to confess before law enforcement opened a criminal case." Yes, I wrote the charter and program of “New Greatness,” but my ideas were not in them — the defendants came up with everything. “There were risks, and I was aware of them, but for the good of the motherland, it was worth taking the risk.” I read out a proposal to buy weapons and explosives, but that was not my idea either. The activists posted leaflets, practiced shooting and throwing Molotov cocktails (I did not write this down, otherwise I would have been expelled). “My cocktails burned, but I never hit where I wanted.” The fact that during training I talked about how to “burn cops” and draw a target in the form of a riot policeman was not a provocation, but a joke. “When I speak, it’s a joke. And when others speak, it’s not.” In March 2018, defendant Maria Dubovik wrote in the chat that she had communicated with journalist Andrei Kaganskikh , and then at a meeting Kostylenkov had a falling out with another defendant Pavel Rebrovsky, and the organization almost fell apart. "After this meeting, less than an hour had passed, and I was already at the Maryino police department with all the materials ."
