Cherepovets: The driver who had eaten his rights was fined

The justice of the peace in Cherepovets fined a local resident Viktor Koksharov for 30 thousand rubles for not having passed a medical examination for intoxication.

In August 2019, Koksharov rode Cherepovets at night, he was stopped by the police because they suspected that he was drunk. They demanded a medical examination, but Koksharov refused.

In the patrol car, he ate his driver’s license, after which he was taken to narcology, where he also refused to undergo an examination and did not sign the protocol.

In addition to the fine, Koksharov was deprived of a driver’s license for a year and a half.
