The World Court of the Sovetsky District of Tula was fined the coordinator of the “citizen observer” Anton Gubarev three times a day for non -payment of previous fines. This was announced by the OWD-Info by Gubarev himself.
“I was invited to the Soviet police department supposedly for an explanation. I agreed, and at my appearance, employees began to present past fines. I told them that the bailiff service should do this, ”says the activist.
In the department, Gubarev was held for more than three hours, after which they took the court. There, according to him, the magistrate Judge Volokov presented him protocols under the article on the non -payment of an administrative fine (part 1 of article 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), which he allegedly signed. As a result, Gubarev was assigned fines, twice exceeding his previous fines.

Earlier, according to Gubarev, he was sentenced under articles of disobedience to police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) in connection with his political activity. To today's trial, he had never been charged with evasion.
Anton Gubarev considers what happened political pressure and is going to send complaints to the Office of his own security and the prosecutor's office. He will also send a deputy request to the executive authorities (Gubarev is an assistant to the deputy of the Tula Regional Duma on a voluntary basis).
