In Kursk, protocols were drawn up for disrespecting authorities and displaying Nazi symbols because of posts on VKontakte. The young man himself told OVD-Info about this.
“An employee of the PDN called and said that since I am on a preventive list, I need to come to a preventive conversation. I came, and they show me screenshots of records and two administrative protocols, ”says the teenager. The interview took place at the local police station.
Administrative protocols were drawn up under part 3 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disrespect for authorities) and under article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (demonstration of Nazi symbols). In the VKontakte publications in question, the teenager wrote the phrases: “Putin and his government are fabulous f*cks” and “Putin is an e**** jackal.”
The article about the demonstration of Nazi symbols to a young man was imputed in connection with the publication of an excerpt from the cartoon "Tom and Jerry", where the flag of the Third Reich with a swastika is attached to the cat character, and the flag of the Soviet Union is attached to the mouse character. In the video, Jerry defeats Tom to the sound of the USSR anthem.
