Shies: the court reduced the boundaries of the zone where it is forbidden to build a landfill

The Koryazhma court on November 1 granted the prosecutor’s claim against the local administration, which established a sanitary zone where it is impossible to build garbage training grounds. The prosecutor's office appealed the resolution of the mayor of Koryazhma from 1997, which establishes a 260-kilometer zone in which a water intake is produced and in which it is impossible to place objects for the disposal and processing of garbage. The court decision states that the decision was made in violation of the "established procedure", so it must be canceled. What exactly the violations were, it is not specified.
