The authoritative Bloomberg news agency reported that from May 2018 to April 2019, Russia organized the transfer to Venezuela $ 315 million in cash.
According to Bloomberg, referring to the company Import Genius, which studied customs documents, the money was sent by Gazprombank and under the sanctions of the US Ministry of Finance Russian-Venesuel Mosnarbank. In Karakas, cash was delivered to the Venezuelan bank Bandes, which is also under American sanctions.
Bloomberg suggested that Venezuela could receive cash dollars for the sale of oil or the country's gold reserves in foreign banks. The agency also wrote about six aircraft that delivered cash dollars.
About one aircraft, who allegedly participated in the delivery of cash to Venezuela, “New” reported back in January.

In the publication of the Golden Flight, we talked about the cargo “Boeing” of the Airlines “Erofei” (the company was registered in Khabarovsk and has only one aircraft at its disposal), which at the beginning of the year flew from Moscow to Karakas with intermediate landings in Dubai. The first flight took place on January 18-19. On January 23, the plane returned to Moscow, and on January 29 he flew out of Vnukovo to Dubai and from there headed for Karakas, having made two intermediate landings: in the Moroccan Casablanca and in the town of Eshpargush in the territory of the island state of Cabo-Verda.
Then we wrote: “Our sources in Dubai claim that the Russian aircraft at the airport was met by the collection armored cars of the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates. Gold was unloaded from the aircraft, and containers with cash dollars were loaded. ”
From the publication of Bloomberg, we now know who has captivated the aircraft of the Erofei airline for delivery to the Arab Emirates of Venezuelan gold, stored in Russia.
Recall that back in August 2011, the then president of the country Hugo Chavez announced his decision to return the country's gold reserve to Venezuela. I must say that by that time, out of 365.7 tons of the country's gold reserve, 233 tons were stored abroad. By November 2012, only 57 tons of Venezuelan gold were left outside Venezuela, most in Russia.

Apparently, about ten tons of Venezuelan gold, which was stored in Russia, was sold for $ 315 million in cash delivered to Karakas.
At the same time, very timely: this money helped the head of state Nicholas Maduro to knock down a degree of anti -government speeches.
