In Grozny, employees of budgetary institutions were forced to participate in a rally dedicated to the National Unity Day on November 4. It is reported by "Caucasus. Realities ".

The head of the administration of the head and government of Chechnya Galas Taimashanov sent to the heads of the ministries of the republic an indication “to prepare and ensure organized participation of citizens, including employees of local governments, in the above republican events and provide participants in festive symbols”. The order was attached to the indication of the appearance of people per promotion.

The plan set the number of people whose presence was obliged to ensure each of the departments. In addition, the document also indicated the requirements for “festive symbols”: the participants of the event were supposed to use a certain number of portraits of Vladimir Putin, Akhmat and Ramzan Kadyrov, banners, flags of Russia and Chechnya.

According to the publication "Caucasian Knot", about 1000 people came to the rally. Some participants in the promotion told the publication about the enforcement of the appearance at the rally.

The employees of the Grozny budget enterprises Hamzat and Mansur said that it was customary to go to such events in organizations where they work, that is, in turn.

“We have long been in charge that mandatory events - rallies, processions, subbotniks, matches - we visit in turn. Today was the turn of my group. They took with them flags, banners of the corresponding, portraits of Putin, Kadyrov, and went to the center. The bus was left for several quarters and walked on foot to the square. There were many people - other organizations also sent their own to the event, ”the“ Caucasian knot ”quoted Hamzat.

Students were also obliged to participate in the rally. One of them, Aslan, the methodologist of his educational institution said that participation in the action was mandatory. At the same time, as Aslan told the “Caucasian knot”, if it was impossible to come to the rally, it was necessary to bring someone instead of himself.

The employee of one of the institutions of the Ministry of Education of Chechnya Magomed said in a conversation with the Caucasian Knot correspondent that students almost never refuse to participate in such events.

“From our ministry, as usual, there were most of all people - from all universities, technical schools, school schools were brought. Usually, for each such event we are lowered on top of the order, which indicates the necessary number of people. You can bring more, less. We warn students in advance that such issues must be approached responsibly - so that neither we nor our own problems are created. It’s good that the guys understand the situation. There are practically no refuseniks, ”Magomed told the publication.
