The prosecutor's office approved the final charges against Samariddin Radzhabov, a defendant in the "Moscow case"

The prosecutor's office approved the indictment of the person involved in the "Moscow case" Samariddin Radjabov. This was reported by MBKh Media with reference to the lawyer of the Human Rights Postcard Sergei Badamshin.

According to the investigation, on July 27, Samariddin Radjabov threw a plastic bottle at the rallies for the admission of independent candidates for elections to the Moscow City Duma - and by this action created a threat of violence against three policemen (part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code).

“Linnik D.A., Kombarov A.A. and Vnukov A.Yu., these actions of Radzhabov S.S. were perceived as a real threat of violence against them, since the bottle thrown by him (Radzhabov S.S.) (...) when falling on paving slabs created a sharp impact sound, simulating the destruction of an unknown object with the danger of causing bodily harm, ”the indictment quoted the publication as saying.

• On October 31, the Basmanny Court limited Samariddin Radjabov until October 31, inclusive, the period for familiarization with the case materials.
• Earlier, Samariddin Radjabov was charged with threatening to use violence against four policemen, but one of them, V.V. Maksidov, on October 29 refused to be a victim in this case and resigned from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
• In connection with the Moscow rally on July 27 for fair elections, during the dispersal of which the police detained at least 1,373 people, a criminal case was opened under articles on mass riots (Article 212 of the Criminal Code) and the use of violence against government officials (Article 318 of the Criminal Code). Until recently, 15 defendants in the case were known. On September 3, the Investigative Committee stopped criminal prosecution against five of them.
