Businessman Arkady Rotenberg closed the deal to sell Stroygazmontazh.
A representative of Rotenberg did not officially name the amount of the transaction and did not specify the buyer. According to RBC , the businessman could receive 75 billion rubles, and one of Gazprom's subsidiaries became the buyer.
Rotenberg's representative added that the entrepreneur intends to invest the proceeds in Russia.

- Rotenberg founded Stroygazmontazh in 2008 by merging five acquired construction subsidiaries of Gazprom. Since 2014, he has become the owner of 100% of the company. In 2014–2018, Stroygazmontazh's revenue amounted to 1.5 trillion rubles, and the amount of dividends paid was 77 billion rubles.
- "Stroygazmontazh" built the Kerch Bridge, connecting the Crimea with the Krasnodar Territory. The total cost of construction amounted to 228 billion rubles.
