Recently, Sleptsov became a witness in a case excited by the investigation of the beating of at least three employees of the GUFSIN of the Z/K Mikhail Golikov: this happened after a conversation with him Sleptsov. He believed that Golikov paid for the parole IK-27 and demanded that he testified, Golikov refused. The GUFSIN claimed that he was injured, falling from a stretcher on the way to the hospital.

But why? What, in the IK-17, are the sadists exclusively work? They have a sufficient arsenal of legal and effective measures of exposure to salary, why are this "breaking" for them?

In this conglomerate of the colonies on Krazovskaya Street - as in medieval cities: they rivet, smoke, be ate and strict in the world. Here are rinses of rye and wheat, growing vegetables, firing lime, sewing mattresses, production of sausages, toilet paper, cabinets and coffins, fishing flies, hooks, mormyshki, nails, woody coal, reinforcing mesh, toys, windows, paving stones, borders and toilets, shell facade tiles. Just the supply of slabs. Yes, even aluminum is also melted in the colonies. Breeding and sorting of garbage, etc. This is all a business on the bonded and almost free work. Both the oligarchs of the local shift and well -known figures rich in it: for example, the convicts cleaned the bed for the erection of the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station “Rusala” and “RusHydro”, burned the forests and villages to be flooded, built the railway.

Each new Krasnoyarsk governor talks about the second (or third, if we count also the Kosyginskaya) industrialization of Siberia, and all industrialization here ensures the labor of salary.

Islamists or those who have chosen this mask (and a lot of them) in the Siberian colonies refuse to work, deny the regime. Guys, too (not everyone) do not want to hill for a penny, losing completely health. And the camp economy suffers. But this major and a prisoner are parts of the system, scrapers. Why, why are the prisoners still re -educated? How can a broom contribute to the correction of bad inclinations? Why is someone profit for free the work of prisoners? In the Gulag, they worked on at least a nationwide good, as it was then understood. The camp economy changes weakly, and Beria, he would be resurrected, would be satisfied, but only in the first minutes. Having studied the product catalog offered by the GUFSIN, lists of private enterprises for which prisoners are muffled, he would be horrified.
