And suddenly - like a thunder among the clear sky - reports of tragedies in the Armed Forces rained down. On October 25, Ramil Shamsutdinov shot the private military service in the guard of his part in Transbaikalia, 8 colleagues and seriously wounded two. Literally a day later, the media reported: in the military unit in Kozelsk (Kaluga region), the 21-year-old soldier Sergei Safonov was found on the belt in the office of the commander of the unit. Relatives of the deceased serviceman who received the body with traces of beatings, covered with makeup, are sure that Sergei Safonov could not commit suicide, and demand an investigation of the murder.

It is very significant that the execution occurred in the guard of the repair and technical base, subordinate to the 12th General Staff, intended to ensure the storage of nuclear ammunition. It is no coincidence that Shamsutdinov, according to media reports, was detained by special forces, which was assigned to this part.

Safonov served in the combination of strategic missile forces in Kozelsk (most likely, we are talking about a division equipped with Yars) strategic missiles). For service in such parts, conscripts with special psychological stability should be selected.
