Sovetsk: The case against the head who sold the land to himself was terminated

In the city of Sovetsk, Kaliningrad region, the prosecutor's office terminated the criminal case against the head of the administration of Nikolai Voischev, who sold the land to itself. This was reported to the North. Reali correspondent by lawyer and social activist Sergei Tutinsky.

According to him, Voischev was accused of abuse of power. The official in 2018 sold a plot of 2736 square meters. m. In the elite district for 63.3 thousand rubles. The prosecutor's office did not see the corpus delicti in Voischev’s actions. The case was stopped.

Tutinsky prepares a collective complaint to the general prosecutor against this decision.
