After the village of Lugansk and the village of Zolotoy, this village was the last point on the contact line, where it was necessary to divorce the troops within the framework of the Minsk agreements.

According to the headquarters of the operation of the United Forces, the breeding of forces in the Bogdanovka and Petrovsky area began at 12:00. Both sides confirmed the readiness for the procedure by launching the signal missiles of white and then green. "Due to minor violations on our part, the withdrawal of the personnel of the People’s Police of the DPR was completely completed today by 15:00," the DPR spokesman said at the joint control and coordination of the ceasefire.

The Ukrainian side also announced the completion of the withdrawal of its forces, but it will take two more days to eliminate all violations, the words of the representative of Donetsk reports Interfax . The DPR reported that 14 personnel were taken out of Petrovsky, one automatic grenade launcher, one large -caliber machine gun.

The Ukrainian military, for their part, intends to divert 42 troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Armed Forces), three military armored vehicles and 48 rifle weapons. A special monitoring mission (SMM) OSCE recorded the beginning of the dilution of forces and the departure of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces and members of the Armed Forces of the DPR along with weapons.

The mission will continue to monitor and verify the breeding process. Observers should fix the completion of the challenge in the reports, after which the clearance and dismantling of fortifications will begin in the area. Dilution of forces in Petrovsky should be completed on November 12.

The head of the DPR representative office in the joint center for the control and coordination of the ceasefire Ruslan Yakubov said that participants in the Minsk negotiations on settlement in the Donbass are considering the opportunity to open traffic on the road from Petrovsky to Ukraine.

"The road is not included in the zone of dilution of forces and means and does not fall under clearance. Talks about to clear the road and open the movement for local residents and the OSCE mission are conducted, but so far they are at the stage of consideration (at negotiations in Minsk)," the Donetsk News Agency reports.

There are four checkpoints between Ukraine and the DPR. The intersection of the line of contact of the parties is allowed by pedestrians and vehicles through the Gorlovka - “Major” points in the north of the DPR, “Elena” - “Novotroitskoye” southwest of Donetsk, “Aleksandrovka” - “Maryinka” to the west of Donetsk and “October” - “Gnutovo” in the south of Donbass.

The framework decision on the division of forces and funds in the Donbass was signed by representatives of Ukraine, the LPR, the DPR, Russia and the OSCE in September 2016. The document involved the creation of three pilot zones in the region - at the Golden, Petrovsky and the village of Lugansk. However, in reality, the allocation of troops in the area of ​​the village of Lugansk occurred only on June 30, 2019. And on October 29, the withdrawal of forces and funds began in gold.

Dilution of forces near Petrovsky was planned on November 4, but the procedure did not take place due to a violation of the necessary regime of silence. After Kiev’s “Steinmeier Formula” coordination and the divorce of forces in all three sections of the front there will be no formal obstacles to the meeting in the Norman format, in which the leaders of Germany, France, Ukraine and Russia will again try to find a way out of the five -year conflict in the Donbass.
