
The Kungursky City Court of the Perm region sentenced a 17-year-old student of a local agricultural college to the six years of colony, who planned an attack on students and teachers of the N10 comprehensive school. Events occurred eight months after the massacre at the N127 school in Perm, but this was known only now.
According to Kommersant , the student was preparing for a long time to attack. To do this, he purchased a machete and a mace, and also collected two bombs. One of them was a semblance of manual grenade of fragmentation and fluent action, differing from industrial products in a more primitive way of explosion.

In September 2018, he tried to get into the school building, but the employees of the institution showed vigilance. The student decided to look for other ways to get to school, but by that time he had already hit the field of view of the operatives and could not make his plan.
Weapons and explosives were found during the inspection of economic construction. Bulava, according to the results of the examination, was recognized as a cold weapon of shock-stringing action. Forensic psychiatric examination recognized the student to be sane. The court was held closed due to the age of the accused.

His accomplice was charged with attempted murder of 30 people (part 3 of article 30, part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), the destruction of the property of the school by arson (part 2 of article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). He was also charged with a previously perfect robbery of a school guard with a demonstration of an object similar to a pistol (part 1 of article 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The teenager received 9 years 8 months in prison in the educational colony.
The woman-guard of the school, who unhinderedly missed the attackers into the building, was found guilty of causing grievous bodily harm by negligence and sentenced to two years of restriction of freedom.
