At the meeting, Pavlikova also asked to be allowed to visit a doctor without first obtaining permission from FSIN employees, and noted that she did not have the opportunity to continue her studies.

The court came to the conclusion that it was impossible to choose a more lenient measure of restraint, agreeing with the arguments of the prosecution.

The Moscow City Court upheld the decision of the Lublin court on the preventive measure for those involved in the “New Greatness” case. Ruslan Kostylenkov, Vyacheslav Kryukov, Dmitry Poletaev and Pyotr Karamzin will remain in pre-trial detention (they participated in the trial via video link), Anna Pavlikova and Maria Dubovik will remain under house arrest.
