The Kremlin summed up the performance of performance performance (KPI) among governors for elections and trust in the president. In the lists of outsiders, the Arkhangelsk Region and Komi were in the level of trust in regional leaders. This was announced by RBC with reference to the participants of the seminar for vice-governors.
The heads of the regions were evaluated by several indicators that were determined by the results of a closed study. The rating is based on confidence in the governor and the president, as well as the attitude of residents to the foreign policy of the President, the migration policy, the economic policy of the government, the attitude to "United Russia" and the level of social well -being of citizens.
The Arkhangelsk region entered the five outsiders in terms of trust in the president (what place the region took is not specified). This was influenced by the absence of dialogue with the population both from Moscow, which planned to take garbage to the landfill in Shies, and from the internal political block of the region.
In terms of trust in the governor, the Arkhangelsk region took the last place (85th). The difference between positive and negative answers to the question of trust Igor Orlov is minus 60 percentage points. The head of Komi Sergey Gaplikov also has a low trust rating.
The vice-governors of these regions explained the problems with the rating with the disagreement of residents with the construction of the garbage training ground at ShiES station. But the leadership of the Kremlin’s domestic political unit did not agree with this, considering that the reason was in the poor work of the domestic political blocks of the regions.
“They were told that Arkhangelsk and Komi“ lost ”the governors long before Shiies,” RBC quotes the participants of the seminar in the Kremlin.
The five leaders in terms of trust in the president included Crimea, Chechnya, Bryansk, Lipetsk region. The leaders in the level of trust in the governors were Ingushetia, the Kurgan and Kursk regions.
Wed to Yandex.Zen CR on Instagram SR in TelegramIn the village of Shies, the Arkhangelsk region, a garbage training ground is being built, where waste from Moscow will be taken. At first, the authorities stated that we are talking about woodworking production. But already in October 2018, representatives of the Technopark company presented a project for the construction of the Ecotechno -Park Schies to journalists. The governor of the Arkhangelsk region Igor Orlov called the project a priority. There was information that the future landfill is designed to store waste, but not for their processing.
Residents of the two regions - the Arkhangelsk region and Komi - regularly enter the protest against the construction of the training ground. At the rally on November 9 in Syktyvkar, the participants demanded the resignation of Igor Orlov and Sergey Gaplikov.
