• Nightingale on Presnya will stop working on December 2. But his brand and repertoire will be preserved at the Karo venues - Nightingale and Karo have signed a special agreement on this.
• The special program "The Nightingale Sings in Karo" will start in January 2020 in four cinemas of the network, including two halls of the main one - "October".
• Karo is the fourth largest cinema chain in Russia in terms of the number of screens, its shareholders are the UFG fund, RDIF and American businessman Paul Heth. In 2018, the network sold about 11.5 million tickets, Nightingale - about 1.6 million.
