For five months now, after Alexei Sizov was released from the pre -trial detention center, his ex -wife Svetlana, along with her daughters, does not live at home. She took the girls from her native Vologda, transferred them to another school and began life from scratch. “I am afraid of him. He himself admitted that he went under house arrest without a bracelet, the FSIN did not install equipment. On the Internet there is a constant persecution of us with our daughters, the personal data of the children where they study. From his page there are active suckers. Therefore, we, victims and are forced to hide in alien cities,” says Svetlana.

Against Alexei Sizov, a well -known Vologda journalist, at the beginning of this year, a criminal case was instituted under two grave articles: "The torture against a knowingly minor" and "violent acts of a sexual nature, committed in relation to a minor." He is suspected of prolonged violence against 12-year-old Varya and 7-year-old Olesya ( the names of children are changed.-SR ). The first is the stepdaughter that Alexei raised from the age of three, the second is his own daughter. By a court decision, Sizov will be sent to a stationary psychological and psychological and psychiatric examination at the Institute. Serbian.

Broken lives

- I did not suspect that Lesha is an encoded alcoholic. Everything was revealed when we got married, he began to let me read the brochures from the “12 steps” courses, and his sister once said that her husband’s parents were simply tired of his dependence, and then I turned up ... when it became clear that it was chronic alcoholism, it was too late-Olesya was born ... since then everything went on inclined. Two weeks before the next binge, my daughters and I tried to stay away from him: he screamed, threw things, hangers, chairs, bicycles, broke the door.

When it became unbearable, Svetlana and the girls went to her mother or left for the Spaso-Prilutsk monastery on the outskirts of Vologda. She declared what was happening to the police, but there they did not take threats seriously there.

“Aleksey and I both work in the media, so all local media wrote about this criminal case,” recalls Svetlana. - The ex -husband was taken into custody when in Moscow they detained journalist Ivan Golunov, who was thrown into drugs, and this allowed his colleagues to draw parallels right away. Allegedly, Alexei’s arrest is connected with his professional activity, for this they pursue him, and not for what he did with young daughters.

Comrades and colleagues of Alexei, indeed, do not believe that he could be like that, they created a petition in his support and a group on social networks.

“A wonderful person, calm, reasonable, kind, not aggressive,” says Tatyana Okhotnikova , Vologda journalist, an active member of the group “Support Alexei Sizov”. “He is my former boss, and I am sure that he simply could not do what he was accused of.” Their family life failed, so the wife takes revenge, I think. Personally, I have never seen him drunk.

After some time, Sveta noticed that the eldest, Vari, appeared bruises without abrasions. To the questions: "Has someone offended you?" The girl said that she hit herself, fell in a kindergarten from a hill or a cube. The educators shook their hands: “I was in my eyes”, “they didn’t see”, “I didn’t fall with me.”

-Varya was constantly caught a cold, my stomach was often ill, it was overexcited, then it walks, it was sluggish, it began to stutter, it is not clear why it was already an adult to write. He moves out of the hill in winter, I look, she again has raw panties ... - says Svetlana.

Doctors diagnosed that all diseases of children from psychosomatics and nerves.

- Lesha.

“What kind of relationship are you with him?”

- In the bad ones. When we lived together, he cursed and beat. In winter, he kicked out onto the balcony when my mother and sister were in the hospital. Then he took me a walk, pushed me, I fell, my head was spinning ...

- It hurt?

- Yes. He also offended his mother. We had big scandals. He threw chairs into his mother. It seems to me that he did not love anyone. Maybe only Olesya. He loved her more, and offended her smaller. He found a reason to offend us in many cases.

For the first time, Varya spoke about one story only during the examination in the spring of 2019. She studied in the first grade, when Svetlana and her youngest daughter once again sent to the hospital and she had to stay with her stepfather.

He threatened so that I would not tell my mother, otherwise he would drive us out of the house, and his mother would kill us

-He began to swear loudly that I was to blame, because of me at the sister of asthma, then ordered to cook him food. I made a tomato salad, he did not like that with sour cream, and not with mayonnaise and he threw a plate at me. He began to beat his hands on the head, ”Varya said to psychologists. -An iron box was lying at his house, he took this box and began to beat me on the head, back, stomach, in the chest ... I asked him to not beat me, tried to run away somewhere ... He threatened so that I would not tell my mother, otherwise he would drive us out of the house, and his mother would kill us. I did not tell my mother. I told my mother when I was 10-11 years old. There were many such cases, eight or nine times a month, depending on when my mother went somewhere.

Varya was afraid that if Svetlana recognizes the truth, it would be even worse. "We had nowhere to leave him, do you understand?" She says.

Once, Alexei took Varia from his grandmother, the girl returned home with her blood swollen blood. “Then I clogged the alarm!” Says Svetlana. “The daughter nevertheless admitted that this stepfather pushed her and she fell on a curve.”

Alexei constantly threatened to strangle, nail, demonstrated an ax that he kept under the bathroom for the "Ostrastvo".

They finally parted, but did not break at all. "You can't forbid me to meet Olesya?" - said Sizov. After one of the overnight stays, the girl’s father had a bladder spasms, which is reflected in her hospital map. According to Svetlana, the child could not go to the toilet on his own, was afraid to fall asleep.

- He had already taken away the youngest from the house. Olesya tells about the "Black House"-some kind of homeless person where he drank. I did not know if I would find her alive ... And he liked our fear that I was humiliated because of the child.

The last days when they still lived together, the children, according to the woman, were hiding from Alexei in cabinets.

- To whom I just did not contact - to the prosecutor’s office, to the guardianship, to the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child. All in vain. Only rumors around the city went that I am a judge, that I did not leave the former alone ... - says Svetlana.

Svetlana, according to her mother, drove terrible suspicions from herself. So far, Varya, unable to stand it, admitted: when they were left alone, Lesha forced to undress.

- I understand why she was silent for so much time, - I myself am the same. It is not known if I could admit my mother if this had happened to me in childhood. Varya had such a dedicated and guilty look that I was ready to die in place, if only she didn’t look at me, ”says grandmother Galina Ignatievna ..

House arrest

In May 2019, Alexei Sizov was detained and placed in jail. The journalistic community of Vologda defended him, said that Svetlana could have material interest: in the parental apartment of Alexei there was a share allocated to Olesya.

The former spouses were sued due to the size of alimony, which Alexey did not pay.

“I suppose that Svetlana tried with the help of a criminal case against her ex -husband to improve her financial situation,” says Ignat Krivchenko , a friend of Alexei. - I am not saying that Alexei is not to blame, I don’t know whether he could or could not, but I can assume that Svetlana could well make children hostages in this wild situation. Although I myself never talked with her, I saw several times, but still - Alexei’s fault does not fit in my head.

The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Vologda Oblast Oleg Dimoni at the beginning of the investigation said that "the one scheme of these criminal cases is one: the ex -wife accuses her husband of sexual harassment to the children living with her a few years after the divorce ... And the reason is the property claims of former wives."

- They say to me: why did not declare violence against children earlier? And when I found out what was happening between Alexei and Varya, I immediately ran to write a statement. I will not say that it was simple for me, but I have no doubt about the recognition of the child! For two months he spent Sizov in a pre -trial detention center, after which he was released under house arrest. In the new family, which he appeared after a divorce from Svetlana, another daughter was born. "They are happy, and no one beats anyone, is this not proof that he is not guilty?" - say Alexei's colleagues. By a court decision, he himself has no right to communicate with reporters, his lawyer is not available for comments.

Svetlana says that their flight from Vologda is forced. In their hometown they are scared to live, but there is no protection: there are no shelters where they could sit out while the investigation is underway, the security orders are not issued.

It costs nothing to find and continue the persecution of victims

“Unfortunately, nothing can be done with the fact that mothers and daughters have to hide, since Russian legislation does not provide for such a mechanism for protecting the victims as a security order,” says lawyer Marina Silkina . - Even if Svetlana and her children moved to her grandmother, to another city, in the absence of a ban on approaching this family, a move is unlikely to help, because it is worth not finding anything and continue the persecution of victims. But it is not enough to adopt a law on a security order, an important function of the state is to ensure its implementation.

Two years ago, when the article for beatings was partially decriminalized and withdrawn from the Criminal Code to the administrative, the number of criminal cases initiated for violence in the family was significantly reduced, and in administrative cases, on the contrary, increased. In 2017, the number of victims from the hands of households fell from 65.5 to 36 thousand, in 70% of cases, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the courts imposed a fine in the form of a fine.
