Vorkuta: the city is threatened with a garbage collapse

In Vorkuta, problems with garbage collection may arise due to a debt of 127 million rubles of the regional operator Ukhteazhfond in front of the contractors, according to BNK Komi.

Garbage export under an agreement with Ukhtajetf this is engaged in Top Office LLC. The company says that debts in mid -October amounted to about 110 million rubles. The leaders of the company did not exclude that they could stop exporting garbage due to the debt formed.

In addition to Top Office LLC in a similar situation, there was another contractor - MUP Polygon, whose debts are about 17 million rubles.

The Vorkuta City Hall is concerned that "the operator jeopardizes the provision of services for the removal and storage of" waste in the city.

Earlier, the Ministry of Nature called the rating of the regions of Russia, which are at risk due to garbage collapse. From the North-Western region, two regions were on the list: Novgorod and Vologda.
