For six months, one soldier died and one went missing near the Kuzminki training ground on the border of the Rostov region with Ukraine

Alexander Dolina disappeared from Crimea in mid -April, and a contractor from Dagestan Elder Seferov, under unknown circumstances, died at the Kuzminki training ground, which is located between Rostov and Taganrog and is informally considered the main basis for the preparation of volunteers for sending to the Donbass.

The last time her son Galina heard on April 14, 2019. Sasha called and asked him to transfer 1000 rubles to the bank card.

“You know, we cannot transfer anything from our Crimean cards to Russia, so we asked a friend: we gave him here, and he translated him there, in Rostov,” the woman says. - The money was transferred, after that we do not know anything about Sasha.

Sasha Dolina was born in 1993 in the village of Ilyichevo, Leninsky district of Crimea. An ordinary guy: he was fond of computers, wrote poetry and stories. Relatives say that Ukrainian doctors once recognized him unfit for military service, but Sasha did not receive a military ID, or forgot to receive. And already the Russian military doctors in 2018 did not find contraindications in him and sent to serve in the Rostov region, in the unit located near the Russian-Ukrainian border.

Military unit 24390, where Sasha Dolina got, is part of the 150th Idritsko-Berlin Order of the Kutuzov Motor Rifle-Rifle Division. The legendary division, which passed the Great Patriotic War, was disbanded in May 1945, but was again formed in 2017 with deployment in the Myasnikovsky district, forty kilometers from Rostov. There is an artillery regiment and a separate anti -tank battalion.

Galina Dolina says that Sasha did not complain about household difficulties in the army. The only thing that oppressed him was the permanent persuasion of officers to transfer to the contract service.

- He was promised a salary of 30 thousand, they said that they would immediately transfer to serve in Kerch. He did not refuse. He said, he would think. We dissuaded him, ”says the mother of the soldier. - On Friday, my daughter talked to him, he told her that “nothing happened to the contract”, she supported him. And on Saturday, he called the last time, said that the Berets were torn, he asked for money for new ones. And disappeared.

According to the military, Sasha Dolina on Monday, April 16, as part of a group of the same fighters, went to take a medical commission to a military consulting and diagnostic clinic, which is located on the street. Mylnikov in Rostov, but did not return to the unit because he decided to escape.

In the family of Sasha, they are convinced that he disappeared on April 14: after receiving the money, he always called and confirmed the transfer, but this time he did not call. Instead of Sasha, on the evening of April 16, his relatives were called an officer.

- The commander of his part of Ryzhov told my daughter that Sasha did not return to the location of the unit after a trip to Rostov. It seems like he agreed to the “contract” and went to go through the commission with other soldiers, and when the time came to return, he did not come. But how is it possible if he himself told us the day before he himself that nothing happened to the contract, and then changed his mind in a day? - the woman cries.

Frightened, relatives began to look for Sasha’s colleagues in social networks, and they confirmed them that they knew about the disappearance of the guy as early as ... April 14th. Later, the SIM-card Sasha was found on the phone of one of the colleagues. His bank card remained in the nightstand.

- I was going to run without a phone and money? They tell me that in Rostov he bought civilian clothes and left. Even if so. For these six months, he could find a way to contact us!

He is a normal, modern guy, perfectly owns all these modern technologies, uses social networks - he would have found a way to make himself felt, he understands what it is for us, he is a good, responsive boy, ”says Sasha’s sister Natalya.

The military does not believe the military either because they showed them Sasha’s statement about the transition to the contract service. The application was dated December 11, 2018 - by this time, relatives say, Sasha did not even have time to take the oath as an SRO.

An appeal to the police demanding to find the missing soldier did not give anything. A response came from the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Rostov Region, which states that a criminal case has been instituted against the valley under Art. 327 of the Criminal Code. The police suspect that the soldier took other people's documents and now lives under a different name.

The military prosecutor’s office opened a criminal case against Sasha under the article “Unauthorized Leaving of the Part”. The mother of the missing says that investigators came to them in Ilyichevo several times and persuaded to tell where the guy was hiding.

Unable to withstand the trials, in September, Father Sasha died.

“I buried my husband and I know nothing about my son’s fate,” Galina Dolina cries in the telephone phone. “What's wrong with him?” Where is he? Maybe he lost his memory and simply does not know who he is and what he is?

A letter came from the Ministry of Defense that they were looking for him on the Chutor of Chkalov, both in Golovinki and in the shelter. There were even our relatives in Rostov. But no one interviews his colleagues, and they clearly know something.

Damned training ground

Chkalov, Golovinki, Shelter, Aleksandrovka 2nd-all these settlements are located around one of the military training grounds of the Ministry of Defense-Kuzminki. If you believe the retrospective of Google maps, then until 2013 it was quite a peaceful plot of land without any signs of militarization. Now, when the Ukrainian media reports the concentration of military equipment at their borders in the Rostov region, it is almost always a question of “kuzminki”. The landfill is located between Rostov and Taganrog half a hundred kilometers from the border, which makes it an object of increased attention on both sides.

Kuzminki became sadly known in April 2015 after the explosion of the self -propelled artillery installation (self -propelled guns), after which there was a fire.

As a result of ignition, a detonation of the ammunition of the self -propelled guns occurred. ”

But the photographs leaked to the network indicate noticeably larger destruction. Eyewitnesses reported that as a result of the fire, a ware of ammunition exploded. An emergency mode was introduced in the area, on the Rostov -Taganrog highway they limited the movement, from the shelter, Golovinka and Chkalov, according to the government of the Rostov region, 800 people were evacuated.

The settlements for several days were disconnected from gas and electricity. The regional authorities reported damage to several houses.

It was also reported about ten injured military personnel, who with burns of varying severity were taken to the hospital.

The murder of an ordinary Seferov

The body of Sergeant Seferov at the Kuzminki training ground on June 17, 2019 was discovered by the commander of the 3rd rifle department of the 3rd motorized rifle platoon of the 1st motorized rifle (mountain) company, the senior sergeant of the B-koks, who went there with his platoon to install backlights for the targets-the next shooting went at the training ground. As follows from eyewitnesses, Seferov lay "between the tank and director of the BMP, presumably with a penetrating bullet wound in the back at a distance of 950 meters from the opening line of fire." At least, such formulations were used by the deputy commander of the troops of the Southern Federal District, Major General Muradov R.U., who conducted a trial on the death of the machine gunner of the 3rd motorized rifle department of the 1st motorized rifle lifting of the 1st motorized rifle (mountain) company of the 1st motorized rifle (mountain) battalion of the military service of the contract service Elder Seferov.

The verification conducted in hot pursuit showed that on June 14 “in violation of the requirements of the staff discipline, the platoon commander by the lieutenant I.K. A working team for improving the objects of the material and technical base was allocated. ”

Simply put, the soldier was sent to put the target in order at the moment when the firing at the training ground was in full swing.

Presumably, the military did not tell the district command for another two days about what happened, and when it came to a medical examination, it was in it ... There was not a word about the sergeant bullet wounds.

“The cause of the death of a serviceman is not a gunshot wounds, but a heart stop and multi -horned fractures of the right sciatic and iliac bones, a sacrum, femoral bones with a hemorrhage in the fracture of the right forearm,” the verification of the investigation conducted by representatives of the military prosecutor’s office and counterintelligence said in conjunction in conjunction. 314th investigative department and employees of the branch No. 2 of the Federal State Institution of Judicial and Medical Expertise.

Three months after the tragedy, military investigators came to the conclusion that Seferov died in ... an accident, despite all the evidence of what happened.

They insist that Sergeant Seferov was shot down by the Mtlbu-1V15M combat vehicle, which was ruled by the driver Vladislav Kiselev. The suspect has already been arrested.

“Kiselev is accused of the fact that on the day of shooting, he allegedly knocked out an ordinary Seferov, hid the corpse, and then moved him to the training ground to hide the traces of the crime,” said the “new” soldier Gevorg Popovyn.

According to him, the forensic medical examination of the corpse was compiled in such a way that there is no mention of bullet wounds in it. Doctors explain this by the fact that ... the task of looking for them was not set for them. Now Kiselev’s defense has received a review of this strange conclusion of doctors. The lawyer and relatives of the fighter are trying to achieve the exhumation of the body of Seferov to conduct a second examination, but, according to Popovyan, their petitions are ignored.

Indications for Vladislav Kiselev were given by his colleague, the same driver-driver Maxim Fisenko. According to him, the investigators held several meetings with him, after which the guy said that on June 14 Vladislav Kiselev asked him to help hide the corpse of Elder Seferov and admitted that he had shot down the sergeant.

However, Fisenko still could not stand it and told Rostov reporters that he did this under torture.

- At first I was forced to go through the polygraph. Then they called for interrogation, where powerful pressure began. I was forced to sign the testimony, confirm that I supposedly helped Kiselev drag my body, that I was also an accomplice in the murder.

They began to beat on my face with my own phone, then they just beat. I was scared and signed what was demanded of me, ”Fisenko told the publication of“ Notepads ”.

- They brought me there, said: "Go, show where the corpse was lying." And they themselves pointed to this place. Then they returned back to the investigation department, I spent the night on a bench there. In the morning we went to the training ground again, where I had already confirmed my “testimony” on camera, told how Kiselev and I allegedly transported the body, hid him.

In October, answering the questions of journalists at a press conference on the autumn call, the deputy military prosecutor of the Southern Military District, Andrei Dolgikh, did not comment on the course of the investigation of the disappearance of Alexander the Valley and the death of Sergeant Elder Seferov.
