The Kuzbass lawyer and human rights activist Dmitry Miropoltsev was accused of demonstrating Nazi symbols because of the photo of the flash mob dedicated to the 55th anniversary of the flight of Yuri Gagarin into space. He connected the persecution with his social activities, writes Taiga.info .
The police of the city of Kaltan of the Kemerovo region drew up a protocol under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 Code of Administrative Offenses (demonstration of Nazi symbols) for lawyer Dmitry Miropoltsev. Claims of law enforcement officers were caused by a photograph of a flash mob dedicated to the 55th anniversary of the first flight of a person into space, which was held in Penza in 2016, the lawyer said. The flash mob conducted the rendering of the movement "Russian student detachments" founded by the Russian authorities. Participants lined up in the number 55.
“This is not a local initiative, they received a report of the regional center“ E ”. They broke my entire page - they didn’t find real swastika. They decided that 55 is also a swastika,” Miropoltsev said.
At the same time, the photo that he published on the VKontakte social network is a screenshot from the plot of the federal channel. “If the court finds me guilty, it is necessary to prohibit such a font and punish the channel,” Miropoltsev said, noting that there is an expert’s conclusion in the case, which confirmed the conclusions of the police. Subsequently, it became known that the Kaltan district court terminated the case due to the lack of the composition of the offense.
Miropoltsev connects an administrative case with their social activities. In August 2019, the activist was beaten in Kaltan, accusing him of "digging under the local administration" and later set fire to the house. The deputy of the Novokuznetsk City Council from the LDPR Evgeny Smekhnov associated an attack on Miropoltsev with a complaint to the Supreme Court of the regional law on the cancellation of mayor’s elections and with the investigation of the "illegal allocation of funds for road construction in Caltan."
In addition, in 2018, Dmitry Miropoltsev represented Smekhnov’s interests in a dispute with the Novokuznetsk election commission. Then the deputy asked to cancel the election results due to the Nazi greeting in the video of the winner - candidate of United Russia Sergey Kuznetsov.
"I had an article with a sharp criticism of the governor. I suspect that the administration was submitted to make a case. This is the old information. This is because I continue to conduct investigations that millions on the roads are stinging. I insist that there is no Nazi symbols," said the MBH Media Middles.
In February 2015, the Constitutional Court banned all symbols similar to swastika , recognizing that "the use of Nazi paraphernalia - regardless of its genesis - can cause suffering to people whose relatives died during the Great Patriotic War."
Soon after, on the eve of the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the seizure of toy soldiers in Nazi uniforms from the "central children's store" in the Lubyanka in the Lubyanka in Nazi uniforms thundered. Subsequently, there were many similar cases, and even Roskomnadzor and the Ministry of Communications spoke against the too wide interpretation of the article “On the demonstration of Nazi symbols”.
After this decision, curious stories related to accusations, detentions and fines for "Nazi symbols" became permanent: in February 2017, prisoners in the Kirov region and the pre -trial detention center of Tatarstan were fined for a tattoo with a swastika .
In Cheboksary, the court decided to “tear off the skin” from the prisoner IK-6, on the chest of which there were two tattoos resembling a swastika. Later, the Supreme Court of Chuvashia canceled this scandalous decision, the case was terminated.
Buddhists also fell under the distribution - their symbol of enlightenment and happiness depicted on the foot of the Buddha is also a swastika. Therefore, when the investigators found a photo of the Omsk artist Nikita Pozdnyakov with a naked torso on the Web, they fined him 1000 rubles. On Pozdnyakov’s chest was the same Buddhist symbol . In St. Petersburg, the organizers of the exhibition dedicated to the Great Patriotic War even had to seal the swastika with papers on the surviving Nazi leaflets so as not to fall under the article and accusations.
In early September 2018, a resident of Novokuznetsk Oleg Astafyev became a defendant in the case of propaganda and demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia due to the fact that he reposted the VKontakte page of the Krasnaya mold group, whose musicians in the plot save the land from the Pops in the person of Hitler and the Nazis. As a result, the man seized a system unit with malicious information and left at home, punishing him to wait for a call. And in October of the same year, in Vladivostok, a local resident was fined, who reposted a photo of a policeman in a Nazi helmet .
