But this does not explain anything. It is only clear that the organic life in Russia in its complexity and diversity has reached inorganics, and the causes of mass bats are as unique as, say, in forest fires.

So why again nothing is done and nothing changes?

Such rows, albeit less slender, can be isolated on the basis of world statistics. Here you have the most approximate of all generations - Z, centenials (pay attention to: they stand even at empty intersections, wait for a green light, they are much later than generations of fathers and grandfathers, try alcohol and start smoking or do not start at all, later they start a sexual life - and so in the whole developed world, science also includes Russia).

And these roofs, girls in heavy rough boots, boys in their semi -coats with naked ankles, suddenly pick up weapons. And they carry the world in chips.

Well, yes, and in the rest of the world too. We will still try to focus on Russia. Scientific research - whether it is easy to be young - there is simply no modern material on modern domestic material. Maybe, therefore, also the traditional reaction of the state to such massacres looks like this: now all colleges, work of private security companies protecting educational institutions will check, we will talk about weapons, the Internet and social networks, we will clean up some groups ... But what does the chokes and the Internet have to do with it? In all this serial evil you can see - at its beginning, in the reason - confused teenage souls looking for justice. And there are no channels on which it is customary to look for and find it, there are no possibilities for this.

Everything is like in adult Russian life, where and therefore also require the return of the death penalty, they prefer self -entrepreneurs, they recall Stalin: a query for justice in a large and small is not satisfied in any way for many years. And if the aldsters plunges into despondency and muttering under his breath, the teenage sense of justice is brighter, and the most desperate or most conveyed to the pen has the Youngsters act. How exactly - tells us everything that surrounds us now, the entire quiet toxic household background, all that laid the cult of evil and violence inherent in modern Russia for many years.

A divided, deeply ill society must be treated. We need not bets of psychologists in schools and colleges, but real experts, we need “extreme pedagogy”, quick response groups, pedagogical landing (which a colleague Bykov spoke when he was invited to parliament). Children need to be engaged. Spend on children, specialists on them. Where to get them in the regions? Return to the constitutional provisions on the federal structure, change inter -budget relations.
