The police detained the activist of the Irkutsk headquarters of Alexei Navalny Zakhara Sarapulov. He may impose a violation of the rules of rallies.

As Sarapulov himself said on Facebook, he was detained by police officers. It is located in the office No. 9 in the building of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Irkutsk region on Uritsky Street, 22.

According to another activist Alexandra Shinkareva, Sarapulov was charged with a Facebook post dated August 8, calling for single pickets in defense of political prisoners. The Oktyabrsky District Court will consider the protocol on November 15.

In October, Sarapulov drew up a protocol under Part 2 of Art. 20.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (the organization of a public event without submitting a notification), but the Oktyabrsky District Court of Irkutsk returned it to the police due to the fact that the materials were drawn up by “unauthorized persons”, follows from the case of the case.

In addition, in September, Sarapulov made another administrative protocol. He participated in a series of single pickets in support of protesting Muscovites and in defense of political prisoners. According to police, activists had to “coordinate” pickets, and he was called the organizer of the events.
