Novosibirsk deputies proposed to create a register of unfulfilled orders for the next convocation of the Legislative Assembly

The Commission of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk Region, according to voters, proposed to create a register of unfulfilled voter orders - for deputies of the seventh convocation, so that they began to work not “from scratch”.

As the acting Minister of Economic Development of the region, Lev Reshetnikov, told the deputies, the draft plan included 482 punished with a total financing of 6.6 billion rubles. The largest number traditionally falls on the sphere of housing and communal services - 147 orders, which is 30 percent of the total. The road infrastructure accounts for 100 samples, 84, 75 for health care. In terms of financing, the field of education traditionally leads - 2.2 billion rubles, road infrastructure requires 1.9 billion, healthcare - 1 billion, housing and communal services - 815 million.

More than 4 billion rubles are provided for capital construction projects. In the field of education, this is 15 orders per billion, including the construction of schools in Krasnobsk, in the villages of Kamenka, Verkh-Tula, two kindergartens in the city of Ob, as well as in kindergarten-in the village of Marusino, Novosibirsk district and in the microdistrict of the spring of Novosibirsk.

It is planned to build 28 health facilities with a total financing of 716 million rubles. This is a hospital in the village of Dorogino, Cherepanovsky district, a resuscitation and operational block of the Suzunskaya Central District Hospital, the building of the medical outpatient clinic with the ambulance substation in Verkh-Tula, the clinic on Kubovoi Street in Novosibirsk and the reconstruction of the Central District Hospital of the Maslyaninsky District. The construction of 21 FAPs is also planned - in Kupinsky, Novosibirsk, Moshkovsky, Toguchinsky, Kolyvan and Iskitim districts of the region.

The field of culture will bring the construction of five facilities - totaling 234 million rubles. The main ones are the completion of the construction of the district culture house in Karasuk and the reconstruction of the building of the House of Culture in Barabinsk. In the field of physical culture and sports in the region, eight objects will be erected - totaling 186 million rubles. Meanwhile, Gleb Popovtsev emphasized that voters often lag behind the pace of modern life. “In the Novosibirsk district, over the past three years, the number of voters has increased by 19 thousand people, in the city of Ob by two thousand,” the parliamentarian noted. “I believe that it is necessary to pay close attention to the Novosibirsk agglomeration, to daily migration from the suburbs and back during the day, to the entrances and trips from the city, which, as such, are not.”

Deputy Sergei Titkov proposed to create a register of unfulfilled voter orders as a tank for work in the districts of the Legislative Assembly of the region of the seventh convocation, because the election of parliamentarians will be held in September 2020. “The register of orders must be formed, and the ministries should justify why the order is not executed,” Sergey Titkov made another proposal. “In order for a deputy who ends his convocation to explain to voters why this or that order was not executed.”

Alexander Spikelman drew the attention of specialized ministers present at the commission, to the fact that the orders are often transferred to the next year without the knowledge of deputies. “In my district, approximately 30 orders were in the initial program of 2020, and now they were transferred to a later date,” he said. - It's wrong!
