The underground fire in Kiselevsk is not connected with coal, said the governor of the Kemerovo region Sergey Tsivillev. Now the combustion has completely ceased, he noted, having reinforced the words with a photograph of the White Snowball, which, on his behalf, made the mayor of the city Maxim Kaparabeikov.

The underground foci of fire in Kiselevsk was eliminated, said the head of Kuzbass Sergey Tsivilev at a press conference on November 14.

“There is no fire there now,” the governor emphasized. - And I knew that this question would arise. Now snow has fallen. I say: “Chapter, Maxim Aleksandrovich Kaparabaynikov, eat on the site in the morning. There is already a snowball there. Take a picture of this site. The governor said that during the underground fires that the inhabitants of Kiselevsk spoke about in the summer of 2019, not coal was burning, but garbage, which was dumped into a dump, including local residents.

And since this is decades, it was in a preheated state all the time. When we removed all the garbage from there, we took it out, the heated state still remained. Now, according to Tsivilev, there is a construction of a “clay castle”, the authorities plan to plant trees on the territory of the dump.

The mayor of Kiselevsk, Maxim Kaparabenikov, said that only 13% of houses on one street concluded garbage removal agreements. The governor said that despite this, he instructed the head of the city to put a “big container”, “to show people, let's do this in a civilized way so that no fires arose, nothing.”

“This is all with budget money, because [such a small number of concluded agreements does not pay off. And a large container was bought for budget money. The head of Kuzbass admitted that “Kiselevsk is not an easy city”, and “the tension of coal miners and residents” makes him “one of the centers of serious stress in this matter”.

According to Tsivilev, the capital of Shakhtar's Day in 2021 is scheduled in Kiselevsk: “Now a program for the development of the city of Kiselevsk is being created,” said Tsivilev.

The authorities cannot relocate residents of the subjugate under the program of the part -time territories, since “no coal is there,” the governor said. He noted that the residents of the village can be resettled by other programs, as well as in the framework of cooperation with coal enterprises.
