The Meshchansky District Court awarded a fine of 10,000 rubles each to three activists who shouted a slogan outside the FSB building on Lubyanka for about a minute, as well as to their videographer for participating in an uncoordinated action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This is reported by one of the activists on Facebook.

Dmitry Positselsky, Andrey Fedotov, Matvey Aleksandrov were detained on October 13 near the FSB building. They stood at the entrance with a flag and the Constitution and chanted: "The FSB is torturing, the authorities are covering up." Together with them, Alexander Myslenkov, who filmed the video, was also detained.
