
The Blagoveshchensk City Court arrested until January 14, 2020, the general director of the private security company (SOP) Sirius-A Sergey Andryushchenko after firing at the school protected by this organization. He was detained on November 14, he was charged under Part 3 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("The performance of work or the provision of services that do not meet security requirements that entailed by negligence the death of two or more persons").
According to the investigation, Andryushchenko allowed an employee who did not have permission to such a job to protect the college. In addition, the guard had a criminal record, his employment was not properly formalized. The investigator, in a request for detention, noted that the general director is accused of committing a serious crime, may hide at large or otherwise affect the course of the investigation. A large public resonance of the criminal case was also noted.
The lawyer asked to choose a house arrest for Andryushchenko and take into account his characteristics. The CEO of ChoP is a war veteran, a former police officer who has a lining in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 23 years old, Interfax reports. Protection will appeal the court decision.
Earlier, Andryushchenko had no criminal records. He is married, he has minor children. The court of the court was attended by the relatives of Andryushchenko, who shouted the words in his support, RIA Novosti reports.
The meeting, as the security guard of the college Oleg Ermolov, was postponed on November 19. He himself does not consider himself guilty. “I acted according to the instructions, did not violate anything. "Sirius-a" also protects one of the schools of Blagoveshchensk. “The school has a framework, turnstiles, there is a video surveillance and an alarm button. We checked all this yesterday,” said Ekaterina Kasimova, spokesman for the mayor of Blagoveshchensk.
On November 14, a fourth -year student of a construction college in Blagoveshchensk Daniil Zasorin came to an educational institution with a gun and fired. One student died, the shooter committed suicide. Three students are hospitalized with injuries. 2.5 million rubles were allocated to the families of the deceased and injured from the reserve fund of the government of the Amur Region.
In connection with the incident, criminal cases of murder and negligence are investigated. According to one version, the cause of the attack was the conflict between students. Classmates told reporters that the classmates were “rotten” by Zasorin. According to another version, he took revenge for a raped girl.
