Ozersk: The only public bath was closed in the city

In the city of Ozersk, Kaliningrad region, the only public private bathhouse was closed. Locals in whose apartments there are no hot water can not be washed in normal conditions.

About 250 people visited the bath monthly, the Kaliningrad State Treteak Public Group reports . The authorities closed the institution from October 1. The prosecutor’s office said that the owner of the bathhouse invited the authorities to redeem the building for 4.5 million rubles. The officials refused, saying that there was no money in the city budget.

In social networks, the administration of the Ozersky city district writes that the authorities are looking for money for the purchase or construction of a new building.
