The court allowed the defendant in the “Moscow case” Mylnikov to go for an hour-long walk

The Meshchansky District Court allowed Alexander Mylnikov, a defendant in the Moscow case, who is under house arrest, to go for a walk for one hour a day. Tatyana Tyatova, a lawyer from OVD-Info, reports this.

“We asked for the case to be returned to the investigation, for walks, for a change in the preventive measure, for the attachment of petitions filed in the investigation, and for the inclusion of characterizing material. Satisfied walks, attached materials and petitions. The rest was denied to us, ”Tyatova said.

Today in court Mylnikov, as well as Maxim Martintsov and Yegor Lesnykh, had a preliminary hearing. The court did not satisfy the petitions of the defenders to transfer Lesnykh and Martintsov from the pre-trial detention center to house arrest. Martintsov's lawyer from OVD-Info, Mikhail Ignatiev, reports that all three defendants had not been fed since six in the morning, and the trial ended only at eight in the evening.

• According to investigators, during the rally on July 27, Mylnikov and Lesnykh began to kick National Guardsman Maxim Kosov, and then knocked him to the sidewalk. Martintsov is only charged with beating an employee. Their criminal cases were combined into one proceeding.

Among the detainees are Vladimir Yemelyanov, Danny Kulinich, Andrei Barshai, Maxim Martintsov, Yegor Lesnykh and Alexander Melnikov . Everyone, except Kulinich, who is in the status of a witness, is charged with using violence against a policeman.
• On July 27, protests were held in Moscow in support of independent candidates in the elections to the Moscow City Duma, during which, according to OVD-Info, were detained 1,373 people .
