On November 20, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan terminated administrative office work regarding the eco -activist Ekaterina Zaitseva. In the summer, she was detained before the subbotnik. This was reported by the telegram channel "Apology of protest".
On August 18, Catherine Zaitsev and another volunteer drew up protocols under the article on violation of the procedure for posting outdoor information (Article 3.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, No. 92-ZRT dated 12/19/1017). Ecactivists were detained when they came with posters to the river to hold a subbotnik. On the posters there were poems by Robert Rozhdestvensky and calls not to clog the environment.

On August 29, at a meeting of the administrative commission, it was ruled that Ekaterina Zaitseva violated the procedure for posting outdoor information and issued a warning to the eco -activist. Zaitseva unsuccessfully appealed this decision in the Novo-Savinovsky District Court of Kazan. Then she appealed to the Republican Court, which terminated the case and canceled the decisions of the previous instances.
