Dyakin demanded from the doctors to give him a certificate of death of a relative, and having received a refusal, he began to threaten the reprisal with the use of weapons. He promised that he would come home to the doctors and shoot them from the machine gun. Employees of the Russian Guard arrived to pacify the ex-head of the village. They withdrew an aggressive visitor from the building of the clinic. At the time of his detention, he did not have weapons and other dangerous objects.
