The decision was signed by the first secretary of the Moscow City Committee and State Duma deputy Valery Rashkin. According to the adviser to the deputy Dmitry Loktev Maxim Shmakov, the deputy received a decision today at a meeting of the Communist Party faction in the Moscow City Duma.

“We treat this as the betrayal of the ideals of the party and our voters. There were no votes at the collection of the faction.
