The court arrested the deputy head of Rosalkogolregulirovanie in the case of non-payment of 58 million rubles in taxes

The Presnensky Court of Moscow has arrested Irina Golosnaya, deputy head of Rosalkogolregulirovanie, for two months, the press service of the court told Novaya Gazeta.

She is accused of abuse of power as part of an organized group (part 3 of article 385 of the Criminal Code). Voice did not admit guilt.

According to her lawyer, after the arrest, she applied for dismissal from the post of deputy head of the department.

According to the investigators, Golosnaya instructed her subordinates to prepare an opinion on the sealing of Alfa Group equipment in order to transfer data on beer production volumes to a unified accounting system. At the same time, the Investigative Committee notes that the equipment did not meet the standards, which is why Alfa Group did not pay taxes in the amount of 58 million rubles.

Her case also involves subordinates Golosnoy Sergei Paltsev and Boris Astakhov. According to the case file, they were afraid of being fired and therefore drew up an illegal departmental act.
