"Call you a patriot - you will be a scumbag." Why does the Cossack Ivanov write denunciations

In early December, the Prosecutor's Office of the Pskov region will answer whether in the publication of Lev Schlosberg there is an indecent insult, which was announced by the chairman of the Union of Veterans of the Caucasian Wars Igor Ivanov. This is the fifth statement of the Cossack Ivanov to the Pskov opposition to law enforcement agencies. In an interview with Sever. Reali, he said that he considers himself a patriot and indifferent citizen “with active public consciousness”, and writes to the opposition to “figure it out”.

On November 4, the deputy of the Pskov Regional Assembly, the leader of the regional “Yabloko” Lev Schlosberg wrote on social networks: “The Day of National Unity is the most false and politically crafty holiday in our country. Its history is the history of political vices of post -Soviet Russia.” The post did not cause a large excitement and would have left unnoticed if on November 7 the Pskov Cossack Igor Ivanov, on behalf of the Union of Veterans of the Caucasian Wars, did not apply to the prosecutor's office of the Pskov region. Ivanov asked the prosecutor's office to check the publication and take measures, and Roskomnadzor - to block the post.

- I was hooked as an Orthodox man: he calls face faces, the icon of the Mother of God (an icon, “not ennobled the living faces,” mentioned Lev Schlosberg. - SR) . Well, you don’t go with your charter in someone else's monastery, write about something else, ”explains Ivanov. -You write well about history, archeology, socio-political movements. In Pskov, Ivanov’s act did not surprise anyone - this is at least a fifth such story. Schlosberg himself did not comment on the Cossack’s statement, noting that he was not paying attention to “Frikov”.

Why is Igor Ivanov Cossack-Ataman?

The most famous photograph of Igor Ivanov is in Cossack form with a whole “iconostasis” of medals. The immodest set of awards prompted the local politician of Alexei Malov to contact the authorities with the question of whether the Cossack was rushed and is legitimate to wear medals. Ivanov had to go to the prosecutor’s office and the Investigative Committee. “The criminal case was not brought up a little,” he is indignant. But he presented the testimony for all awards: there is "for the revival of the Cossacks", for participating in a Cossack campaign, for help in the construction of the temple and several chapels and the like.

Igor Ivanov does not hide that he is not a generic Cossack. In 1992, "in the wake of patriotism" went to defend the Russians in Transnistria and for two months got into the battalion of the Don Cossacks. The further “Cossack career” is already connected with Pskov - he became one of the founders of the Cossack Guard Council of Council of People's Commissars, which was introduced to the register of Cossack societies, in the Pskov Cossack department he was repeatedly elected chieftain .

- How can a person be considered a mowing Cossack if he is a state register? - Ivanov is indignant. He says that "if a person came to society, he took the oath, including in the church, [if he is] a baptized person, Orthodox holidays observe," then he can be considered a Cossack.

Ivanov twice served under a contract during the First Chechen War. And now he heads the Union of Veterans of the Caucasian Wars (other media participants are not known). Anonymous telegram channels about Ivanov write that he had either a wound or a shell-and-out. “This is all flap,” he celebrates on the move: he has licenses for civilian weapons, and he regularly undergoes a medical board to receive a driver’s license. Rumors about shells arose because "this is a stereotype and stigma":

Lev Schlosberg is not the only representative of the Pskov "liberal public" to whom Ivanov attracted the attention of law enforcement agencies. So, in July 2016, Ivanov, on behalf of the party of the LDPR, which then included, sent a letter to the chairman of the regional public chamber Valery Pavlov with a demand to exclude Igor Batov from the chamber of the Free Coast movement. An independent ecologist became part of the Public Chamber of the Pskov Region on the list of the governor, but when the state began to advance at NGOs, he liquidated the organization as a legal entity.

“It became incomprehensible to me: if he closes the legal entity of a public organization, he must leave the chamber,” Ivanov recalls. - Well, I seem to have written to the prosecutor’s office to figure it out. Then Pavlov wrote that there is no such line in the position. Well then, no and no, I did not sue.

That is, I actually save them

In October 2017, according to Ivanov, the then coordinator of the regional branch of Open Russia, Yuri Kanygin, was detained . "I have the information that on October 7, 2017, the regional branch of the Open Russia public movement, financed by the fugitive oligarch M. Khodorkovsky, is going to be placed in Pskov, allegedly on the Olginsky bridge, a banner with campaign materials prepared in violation of the election legislation," the head of the UMVD Pskov Sergey Surin said. A banner was seized from Kanygin from the trunk, he himself gave explanations in the police department.

-And if someone fell from this bridge, when they hung a banner or during, God forbid, detention? - explains his then motivation Ivanov. - For the media that sit outside the region, this is a hype: oh, see what is happening in the Pskov region: a person fell from a bridge, crashed. That is, I actually saved them.

Activists of the "postcards" Artem and Leah Milushkina, who are now accused of selling drugs, were going to participate in that action. Ivanov is very sympathetic to the spouses and believes that "the investigation will figure it out." And with Artem and Lia, he came across party work in the LDPR. “What is happening now is sad and wild for me,” says Ivanov. He is sure that Milushkina does not hold evil in the story of two years ago.

Kanygin himself, who ended up an administrative article, is sure that the application about the banner was only formally signed by Ivanov.

- The police showed me this document (his statement). This information could be obtained only as a result of wireta phones of several people, ”Kanygin believes.

A cross between the dumping patriotism and the lack of brains

He believes that the information was transmitted to Ivanov from law enforcement agencies, "in which the leadership sets a number of tasks subordinates, including the manipulating the socio-political life of the city, which they cannot fulfill their illegality or other reasons on their behalf."

“Therefore, the security forces need such informers who will publish incriminating evidence, write statements and engage in other dirty matters,” says Kanygin.

- An unusually filthy little man who is clearly manipulated from UVP ( domestic policy. - SR ), using his meanness for bullying of any dissenters. A cross between the swinging, suburban patriotism and the lack of brains - Igor Batov will not skimp on epithets.

"Guys, what are we arguing?"

Now Igor Ivanov plays the role of an indifferent citizen in two new high -profile criminal cases. This is the case of journalist Svetlana Prokopyeva, accused of justifying terrorism, and the case of the chairman of the Pskov Regional Council of Trade Unions Ulyana Mikhailova.

For participation in the case of Prokopyeva, Ivanov was kicked out of the fifth political party - this time the "homeland" (the Cossack claims that he left on his own initiative). “Ivanov actually acts as a“ voluntary assistant ”of law enforcement agencies in the fight against the opposition,” wrote the chairman of the regional branch Konstantin Vilkov.

In the case of Prokopyeva, Ivanov acted as a customer of the examination, supposedly proving signs of justification of terrorism in its text. The authors of the examination are unknown, the contract with the Cossack was signed by the director of the Center for Expertise of St. Petersburg State University Vladimir Semenov. The "evidence of guilt" of the journalist, obtained back in March, swam into the world in August, during the trial with Roskomnadzor.

- When this topic surfaced in the media, this article was a stir. I remember in the car I heard her report on the Ekhu Moscow, then I re -read it a couple of times already at home in the evening. We gathered with veterans comrades, and as a leader I was over a fight, ”says Ivanov. - But when these courts on the fines over PLN and the Echo ( the Pskov News Tape and the Echo of Moscow, where the Prokopyeva column was published. - SR ) from Roskomnadzor, this topic again, in the month of March, it seemed to be a public, and we also spent the presidium with veterans: this situation was discussed almost in every kitchen. Ivanov says that he did not foresee the result (“a very difficult text, but at the end of the verdict - yes, they recognized”) and even did not know at first what to do with this examination. But then he went to Roskomnadzor, gave them a document.

The examination made by Ivanov’s order is attached to the case of Svetlana Prokopyeva. On August 23, the Cossack was called for interrogation as a witness and told the investigator that "with such a performance of the text of Prokopyev, he should not have acted in the media, since acquittals could push other other people who either listened to its program on the air, or after reading the text on the site" PLN "could follow the act of the UFSB building in the city Arkhangelsk, which in turn would lead to numerous victims among the civilians. "

"I consider myself independent"

Against the chairman of the Pskov regional trade unions and regional deputy Ulyana Mikhailova Pskov, he initiated two criminal cases. She is suspected of illegal entrepreneurial activity and embezzlement of trade union money.

- As for Ulyana Mikhailova: now all reporters [ask], how so? Notice, now in my media there is not a single article on it. I am waiting for a solution to the investigation, new criminal cases, and they, believe me, will be, - the chieftain doubts.

Ivanov with Mikhailova "fights for a long time." In 2016, he accused her of "usurping" power in trade unions . Now it is indignant that Mikhailova wrote out prizes to herself and her husband, director of the Khilovo trade union sanatorium.

Only the resonance splashed out and then received a lot of slap on the part of the liberal public

- This is not a private shop, now the investigation will understand. By the way, I am a witness to the case there. Moreover, our statements gave impetus to these all the processes, ”Ivanov does not hide.

He says that it is not necessary to confuse his role in the Mikhailova case with the case of Prokopyeva, where he "only splashed out the resonance and then received a lot of slap in the liberal public": "There is another. This is a purposeful, many years of topic, so there is no need to confuse."

At the same time, he in no case experiences personal hostility to Ulyana Mikhailova:

- We are one family, trade union! - the Cossack cheerfully declares.

- Mikhailova is the mother of four children. Do you feel sorry for her?

- Children are sorry. Of course, it’s a pity, but we ourselves understand that we have a legal state and social. There are many such cases when minor children. Of course, if they find something investigative organs and prove, then there will be a delay in the sentence, then, maybe, an amnesty will fall.

In my story, just like in many, I wrote a basic denunciation to the police

- Ivanov Igor Evgenievich - spoiler of the political bloc of the administration of the Pskov region, - says Ulyana Mikhailova . - writes [statements for activists], because he has no other chance to reach the political surface of the region. It is not only me. It itself is not a danger. The relation to the trade union movement [Ivanov] has a weak attitude. He does not organize or support these human rights campaigns. In my history, as in many, he wrote a basic denunciation to the police, which allowed the power structures to move as part of pre -investigation inspections and collect information and materials about us. Since we did not violate the laws, we are convinced that this time we will beat off and find the truth with the help of lawyers, auditors and support for our proofactivation.

Cossack Ivanov himself considers himself a "man with active public consciousness." When asked why he writes statements to the prosecutor’s office, he willingly answers, comparing himself to Leo Schlosberg.

“I have been in politics for a long time,” says Ivanov. -There is an opinion of one person who will remain silent, there is an opinion of a person who wants to figure out something in something. We must pay tribute to Mr. Schlosberg, who almost every day makes deputy requests and writes about it himself: here, the deputies of the regional assembly do not work, but I write-write-write. So there is everywhere: accuse, punish, figure it out, report. But no one says that Schlosberg is a sexot (secret employee of law enforcement agencies. - SR) . He is also looking for the truth. For some reason, one person, if he does something, as they say, honor and respect, and a person is different, if he makes the same request, without a prosecution, where it is written: “We ask you to figure it out and if something ...”-this person is already an incomprehensible informer there, as they accuse me.

Moreover, Schlosberg himself wrote statements to the police - just against Ivanov, reminds the Cossack:

- In 2014, Mr. Schlosberg submitted an application for a group of persons to the Ministry of Internal Affairs almost an anonymous to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told me, out of seven people that he allegedly knows that he was preparing in the May holidays a pogrom at his party headquarters. “I consider myself independent,” says Ivanov. As for the applications for the opposition, "exactly five topics in five years is a little." In addition, Ivanov complains, often for this position he "flies to him."

Nevertheless, he is not going to stop and "is ready for new blows of fate."

- What does patriotism mean to you?

When both patriot and dual citizenship, and wants to be a deputy, is no longer patriotism

- For me, patriotism is a love for my city, your family, your friends, your work and for the country where it was destined to be born. And if there is a negative situation, I, as a veteran of several wars, must defend my country and voluntarily go to war. I believe that this is patriotism, and not such a capital patriotism, when both a patriot and dual citizenship, and wants to be a deputy, an official and have relatives abroad. I think this is no longer patriotism. This is such a mummy.

- We have deputies of the highest levels who have real estate abroad, even dual citizenship. Do you think you can call them patriots?

- Absolutely impossible, I fundamentally disagree with this. If you live in your country, you have to have a residence permit here, have a salary, real estate here, your children should go to Russian schools, and not to American universities. And, of course, to be treated, if, God forbid, some diseases-in Russian hospitals, and not go around foreign countries. Not like officials, some, as they say, do: they make money here, but they are treated and relaxed in Miami or Curoshel.

It seems that 20 years already ruled by a nonsense and wise president Putin, how does he allow it?

- In Russia, antisanctions have long been introduced, and now they decided to import radioactive waste from Germany to Petersburg. What do you think is normal that the cheese cannot be imported, and the waste is please?

– Как русский патриот, я считаю, во-первых, по санкционным продуктам, которые подпадают под запрет федерального закона: они тоже не должны варварски, как я считаю, уничтожаться экскаваторами, а легче всё-таки продумать закон, чтобы продукты, если они проходят качественную проверку, передавать в дома престарелых или неимущим бесплатно раздавать. Что касается отходов, то это ещё было со времён оголтелой демократии в 90-х годах, когда Борис Николаевич Ельцин, по пьяни, наверно, тогда уже прописал такие законы, допустил ввоз в нашу Россию этих радиоактивных отходов. Но сейчас вроде бы 20 лет уже правит непьющий и мудрый президент Путин, как вот это он допускает, я не могу понять. Если отходы произведены в Германии, то пусть их в Германии и закапывают. Тем более, что я даже слышал, что германский народ перекрывает дороги, протестует, чтобы их вообще с места на место перевозили, потому что в пути всё что угодно может произойти. И поезда с рельс сходят, и баржи тонут.
