When the woman returned home, the attacker told her about the accidental death of her daughter, and also explained that they could be accused of intentionally murder of the girl and offered to bury her. ”

The mother of the child agreed to the offer of a man. They took the body of the girl into the forest and buried.

The case was opened only after the great -grandmother of the child turned to the police, since the mother refused to bring the girl to relatives under various pretexts. The mother of the murdered child told her that she had come together with the girl’s father, and he did not want to communicate with anyone. However, it turned out that the father of the child had not seen the family for more than a year. Only in January 2019 it was found that the girl was dead.

On suspicion, an employee of the Russian Guard Andrei Kobylin was detained , who showed where he hid the body of the child. After the charges, the security forces was fired from the organs.

In court, Kobylin said that he did not want to kill the girl, but only "wanted to bring her to her senses."

The case was considered by the Kemerovo Regional Court. The former Rosgvardein was sentenced to 17 years in a maximum security colony.
