The court in Cherkessk dismissed the administrative case regarding a collective photo in support of Kochesoko

The Circassian city court terminated the administrative case against three local residents who took a group photo with leaflets “YaMy Martin Kochesoko”. About this writes "Kavkaz. Realities".

The administrative case under part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (participation in an uncoordinated action that interfered with transport) was terminated due to the lack of corpus delicti.

Zuleta Pseunova, her husband Aslan, and another resident of Cherkessk, Marina Fizikova, were detained on June 18. Two days before, they took a group photo with leaflets in support of Kochesoko. Reports were drawn up against the detainees about the violation by the organizer of the rules for holding the rally (part 1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), but the court returned the materials to the police. Later, the court made a similar decision two more times.

• The head of the Circassian public organization "Khabze" Martin Kochesoko is accused of possession of drugs on a large scale (part 2 of article 228 of the Criminal Code). He was detained on June 8 in Nalchik. According to investigators, 263 grams of marijuana were found in the activist's car. Earlier, the authorities urged Kochesoko to "slow down activity." In court, he said that the drugs had been planted.
• Kochesoko spent two weeks in a pre-trial detention center. Later, his preventive measure was changed to house arrest, and then released on bail. In October, the prosecutor's office returned the case for additional investigation.
