The MCD became the second large transport project of the administration of Sergei Sobyanin, connecting the metro and ground electric trains, after the launch of the Moscow Central Ring in 2016. And if the MCC immediately earned normally, then when the MCD launches, absolutely everything went wrong: the trains turned out to be too short, the validators were non -working, and the schedule was simply not observed. In the first two days of work, on November 21 and 22, hundreds of dissatisfied passenger comments appeared on social networks who posted photos of crowds of people at stations waiting for the train.
At the weekend, the passenger traffic fell, during which time the compositions began to lengthen - this was resolved by the issue of tags during peak hours. The problem of non -working validators was solved in a radical way, making travel along the MCD completely free until December 8. Nevertheless, the problem of breakdowns and the breakdowns of the traffic schedule accompanying them did not go away: on November 27, on MCD-2 in the morning hour, the rush of the train went less often due to the failure of the current collector, and on the morning of November 29, the intervals were increased both on MCD-1 and MCD-2.
Sergei Sobyanin in an interview with “Evening Moscow”states : “We are completely ready for the opening of the MID.”
Sergei Sobyanin, along with Vladimir Putin, drove to the MPD. Security measures related to the presence of the first person of the state only added chaos by already problematic launch.
Sergei Sobyanin in an interview with the “Week in the City” program on the Russia-1 TV channel: “Of course, there are some technical flaws there. But, nevertheless, you just need to work calmly on this, consistently and in the shortest possible time to eliminate those problems that, of course, will arise during the operation of such large -scale, huge projects ”(what are the problems and what terms of their solutions, the mayor did not specify).
Sobyanin and the head of the Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov drove along the MPD and talked with passengers. “In general, the mood is positive. We will continue to work to improve the movement, ” wrote the mayor of Moscow on Twitter without commenting on any of the problems of the MID.
On November 29, Vice-mayor Maxim Liksutov gave a large interview with Kommersant, in which he actually shifted responsibility for the poor work of the MPD to passengers and the CPC .
According to Liktutov, it was the suburban carrier who considered the six-sorcerer “Orioles” optimal, and problems with non-working validators arose due to the fact that the CPPK could not correctly transcode the fare for integration with the Troika. Vice-mayor said that all expenses associated with the need to make travel free will be assigned to the CPC.
He connected the lack of places of liquor with the habits of passengers who occupied incorrect places on the platform - according to him, this led to the crush in the last wagons of short trains, although others were free at that time. Vice-mayor also complained that passengers did not understand that new tariffs act not only in the “Oralses”, but also in ordinary electric trains in the selected directions-despite the “large-scale campaign that lasted more than a year”.
The day after the launch of the CPPK, she posted on the “State procurement” portal a tender for “providing services for the conduct of a communication campaign to inform target audiences about passenger services of Central PPK JSC. Under the terms of the contract, which was discovered by “open media”, the contractor must, among other things, should organize at least four special projects on the advantages of suburban railway transport with the participation of “video format social activists with coverage of at least 100 thousand real subscribers on the YouTube channel, as well as a significant involvement expressed in a comparable number of likes and comments on posts regarding the number of participants in the activist channel. ”
The contract for more than 30 millions of rubles has not yet been obtained by anyone, but some pro-government bloggers the following days after the launch have already written posts that are reduced to a similar set of theses: they say, these are temporary difficulties, the company quickly responds to complaints in social networks and provides free travel, the doors did not open due to individual hooligans, but in general in other countries it happens worse.
