The defendant in the “Moscow case” Samariddin Radjabov was charged with a new crime

The decision clarified the place of the crime imputed to Radjabov. According to the new document, Radjabov threw the bottle "at a distance of approximately 6.9 meters from the kiosk of the ventilation shaft" and "at a distance of approximately 66.7 meters from the corner of 23 on Petrovsky Boulevard." Now the case will be heard in the Meshchansky Court.

At the previous meeting, the court returned the case to the prosecutor's office, as the indictment contained errors. The document indicated that Radjabov had thrown a bottle at the policemen not far from house number 1 on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. However, there is no house with this number on the boulevard.

• Samariddin Radjabov has been under arrest since August. According to the investigation, on July 27, Radjabov threw a plastic bottle at the policemen at the rallies for the admission of independent candidates for elections to the Moscow City Duma - and this created a threat of violence against three policemen (part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code). One of the policemen, V. V. Maksidov, on October 29 refused to be a victim in this case and resigned from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
• In connection with the Moscow rally on July 27 for fair elections, during the dispersal of which the police detained at least 1,373 people, a criminal case was opened under articles on mass riots (Article 212 of the Criminal Code) and the use of violence against government officials (Article 318 of the Criminal Code).
