Samariddin Radjabov, the person involved in the Moscow case, was charged with a new charge. About this writes "Pravozashchita Otkrytka" with reference to Radjabov's lawyer Sergei Badamshin.
The decision clarified the place of the crime imputed to Radjabov. According to the new document, Radjabov threw the bottle "at a distance of approximately 6.9 meters from the kiosk of the ventilation shaft" and "at a distance of approximately 66.7 meters from the corner of 23 on Petrovsky Boulevard." Now the case will be heard in the Meshchansky Court.
At the previous meeting, the court returned the case to the prosecutor's office, as the indictment contained errors. The document indicated that Radjabov had thrown a bottle at the policemen not far from house number 1 on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. However, there is no house with this number on the boulevard.
