The most disinterested in the country, the Gazelle driver refused to recognize the murder. The investigation does not have real evidence of his guilt

Vadim Ostapov, a well -known, seems to be a good half of Russian citizens (literally good), like Omsk Mimino, has been in custody for five months. The Azov District Court extended his arrest twice, and three weeks ago sent to Yekaterinburg to conduct a stationary psychiatric examination. These decisions were expected. It was unexpected that during the investigation the accused abandoned his previously confession data. As Vadim said Novaya Gazeta, he gave them under psychological pressure, which belonged to his family (we omit the details so far - they require evidence).

People who know the most disinterested in the country of Gazelist in absentia and personally (it is difficult to determine their total number: only on the website of Change.org 232 thousand signed up for it), judging by their comments under the news and on social networks, they believe him more than its prosecutors.

And not only because they do not want to “part with the myth”, as law enforcement officers who are actively involved in discussions on the same resources believe: there are too many contradictions, inconsistencies and oddities in official data. From the press releases of the SU SK and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, published today, the picture of the crime does not develop in any way.

"Mimino for the truth"

A year and a half ago, Mimino spoke in detail “New” in detail. Recall, he drove in his Gazelle for free from the village of Trubetskoy to Omsk and back to local residents. Not everyone in a row, but especially in need - poor, sick, old people and children, in the order of encouraging for good grades ... What introduced to the discontent of the road mafia: his charity did not like the NP "Safe City", who considered himself the "master of the track". The messengers of this organization (at least so they presented themselves) caught Ostapov several times on the road and stops, beaten. He did not give up - they began to finish: the department of state road supervision (Zagdin) in the Omsk region, friendly to non -profit partnership, found reasons for the preparation of administrative protocols on the mimino.

The tax authorities began to check his wife’s business with addiction - a bakery in Omsk, which, in the end, had to be closed.

The expulsion from the Gazeli route network, the ruin of the family business involved Vadim into politics. Ostapov started in Utuba and in the social networks of the Omsk Mimino group, Mimino for Truth. This image, trying on himself for a long time, is not only film for Vadim: his childhood passed in Georgia. “This film is about me. Only he is in a helicopter, and I am at the Gazelle. What difference does it make, ”Ostapov told reporters.

"Citizens, unite"

He published calls for pickets and rallies - for freedom on the Internet, against the garbage mafia, pension reform. And he himself came to these actions, sometimes he spoke at them. He said: we must unite, what are the political disagreements between us - who is the left, who is the right is not important, we need to defend our rights, create popular power.

The hero of the film Danelia would have reasoned in our time so. And, perhaps, he would organize local self -government in his native village. Vadim did this not without success in Trubetskoy: in January 2019, there was a gathering of citizens who decided to prevent the garbage re-operator to the territory of the village, because they themselves utilize their waste in the compost pit for many years, and a local entrepreneur copes with their export for free.

"Democularity" under supervision

The Civil Resistance Center in Omsk two years ago was the sanatorium "Dawn". He is led by the former daughter -in -law of the former governor Natela Polezhaeva, who opened a rehabilitation center five years ago in the “dawn”, where disabled people (mostly children) are being treated, on which the regional healthcare crossed the cross. Leaving the main Omsk family, Polezhaeva fell into state disgrace. The defense of the "dawn" from the raiders - the influential officials and law enforcement officers in the region (they are, of course, are interested in disabled people, but the park zone in the city center on the Irtysh) became a policy: almost all Omsk human rights activists and civil activists joined the defense of "Dawn". On March 30–31 of this year, the first All -Russian Congress of Civil Society was held here, in which more than 40 regions participated (alive and Skype). There, Vadim Ostapov spoke about the “first Omsk swallow” of the democracy that was cursing with his participation in Trubetskoy.

People in civilian clothes looked after his activities. Director-documentary Svetlana Stasenko, who shoots the film about the Omsk Mimino recalls: “Vadim told me that they talked with him, threatened:

If he does not stop “hollowing the people”, then his son from his first marriage, who was in their hands at that time, did not say goodbye - he was serving his sentence.

Vadim organized real public self -government in his village - in fact an alternative to the current government. We have shot his conversations with fellow villagers: he says everything in the case there. ”

Murder to the shot

On July 10, in the morning, a tragedy occurred on the Azov -Shcherbakul highway: in the salon of Gazelle from the circumference (according to the original version of the investigation; in the future, “at least five blows with a dull object on the head” with a fracture of the skull was added), 50 year old driver Alexei Chernoshov, a neighbor and friend Vadim Ostapov, was killed. A few hours later, Ostapov himself wrote on Facebook: “I am accused of a crime that I did not commit (murder): if I can support something, I will be very grateful, my wife has all infa.”

However, the very next day, Vadim “confessed to the deed” - after research on the polygraph, which he passed of his own free will. The data was processed instantly (although, as a rule, it takes 2-3 days to decipher the tests for 2-3 days), and the investigators immediately became clear: as the SC SK reported, the check on the lies detector not only “showed involvement in the murder of Ostapov”, but also brought the “irrefutable evidence” found on the same day in his house during the search. The evidence was so murderous that there was no point in unlocking. Vadim was detained, he confessed and on July 12 by the decision of the Azov District Court he was detained.

As the “new” wife of the accused Tatyana told, the investigator and the opera (there were six of them) segment of the barrel, who shot in the head of the murdered, as well as bloodied clothes, since the killer, who was sitting in a minibus next to the victim, had to inevitably be sprayed with blood.

The press release of the Omsk Police said that clothing with blood spots was discovered next to the house in the bushes: an attacker who returned from the scene of the crime was going to be burned, he was going to burn her, but, apparently, he did not have time (although he had enough time-they delayed Ostapov only the next day, poured it as a suspect and released home).

In fact, according to the wife of Vadim, "they did not find anything from their clothes." And judging by the protocols of the search, says lawyer Olga Yakushev, and did not look for: there were no investigative actions in the courtyard and beyond.

“The whole of his wardrobe,” says Tatyana, “I know the vocation.” Yes, he has a few things: T -shirts, shirts, pants ... Everything is in place, everything is clean, and there were not even traces of dirt on the shoes that day, all stood in the morning in place, untouched. In the courtyard, around the house, he walked in slippers. I don’t know what they appear there in the case.

The main evidence, to this day, is the only - cut trunk - was “found” in the fence itself, in one of its supporting metal pipes.

According to investigators, the murder Vadim Ostapov “cooked for a long time and carefully”: he bought a gun, made it a sawn -off shotgun, went to shoot him into the forest, planned an imitation of suicide. The day before I agreed with Chernyshov, who in the morning went on a flight that he would throw him to the city. We left at 6:10. We drove to the track about three kilometers, and about two along it.

After the experiment, the examination data appeared: it turned out that in addition to a gunshot wound, the victim had many damage to the skull - a fracture, crack. Even before the shot, he was inflicted on 6 strokes with a heavy, dull object on the head. When Vadim admitted to the murder, he did not know anything about them: the blows attributed to him press releases. At the first meeting with a lawyer, he told her: "I did not inflict any blows." In these words it was read: "So we did not agree with them."

Who could apply them, if not a killer? Or was the killer not alone? And if he beat the victim of the butt of the cut (another “stupid solid object” in the case does not appear) the same Vadim, as the investigation believes, then why did he leave him at the crime scene? According to investigators, in order to "simulate suicide."

It is completely incomprehensible: what imitation can be after blows with such force on the head. Preparing “long and carefully” for the crime, to leave the “Gazelle” in the salon of Gazeli for the only purpose - in order to facilitate the task of investigators. Recently, molecular examination data appeared: Biological traces (DNA) Vadim Ostapov in the Salon of Gazelle, where the murder was committed. There are no them on the edge left in the car, and on the cut trunk found in the courtyard of the accused house.

Time in a cut

The alleged time interval in which the murder occurred - from 6:20 to 7:40. Take the lower border: for example, Ostapov left the Gazelle (after a shot and an application on the head) at 6:20. How much time would he need to return home from the scene of the crime?

If you go in a straight line (the same road as they rode) with a mid -marked speed, it would have passed 5 kilometers in about an hour. But he walked, as the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs states in his video by a bypass - "forests, fields, so that none of his acquaintances get caught his eye." What distance he has passed, we do not know, but definitely more than five km. He could not go along the crossed terrain - plowing, ditches, ditches at high speed - his heart is weak, Tatyana says, moreover, tuberculosis had recently suffered, and they have not yet been removed according to this disease. "With his health, he could not quickly go through such a distance."

He overcame it, it turns out, in less than an hour: as Tatyana claims, Vadim woke her at 7:25, saying that morning coffee was ready. And before that he managed to change clothes, hiding in the bushes, according to the investigation, what was on it.

Roman in wiretaps

The motive for murder, according to investigators, is jealousy. His wife Tatyana really had a short -term novel with the dead, which, as it seemed to her, did not know. Vadim understood this from messages that came from a hidden phone number to his smartphone. The unknown “well -wisher” twice sent him the second number of Alexei Chernyshov, which he did not use - it was a hint that Ostapov would look for this number on his wife’s phone.

It turns out that the informant was aware of the secret relationship of the wife Mimino with his friend, looked and listened to their correspondence and conversations. He also knew that Vadim was well versed in digital technology and easily get the number to their communication in the messenger. It is clear that SMS was not the usual villain from an indefinite phone, but one of the special people who watched Vadim Ostapov and his family, not only following the events of his life, but also tried to direct them.

The one who informed Mimino about the “marital treason” knew, of course, that in his past there was a crime on the basis of jealousy.

It happened about 20 years ago in his first marriage. Vadim already had two sons and his own business - the sale of auto -openings. But relations with his wife were cracking. We agreed that Ostapov would live separately - he paid for the rent of the apartment, the sons stayed with him. A month later, on her birthday, they decided to arrange a surprise to the woman: they prepared a festive table, but she did not come. Ostapov went to his wife himself, and found an unfamiliar man in the apartment. He took out a gun ...

The “lover”, who turned out to be captain of the police, fortunately survived. Vadim was given 12 years in a maximum security colony for “causing serious harm to health” (Article 111 of Part 3). Then the case was retrained to “exceed the necessary defense in a state of affect” and on parole it was released after 7 years.

It is clear that everything happens in life. Vadim Ostapov found out about the novel of his wife with the one he considered his friend on May 25. Then a point was set in it, Tatyana says: she and her husband found out the relationship and agreed to forget about everything.

The rumors that his wife Mimino had an intrigue with his Gazelist friend, in an instant part of the village immediately after his murder, which was facilitated by press releases. I called Tatyana on the day my husband was arrested. She could not speak, she only cried: "I do not understand what was happening." It was hard for him to stay with his son in Trubetskoy after what happened - from the “picky eyes” of the villagers not to hide. Plus, the police officers were “spinning near the house”, “they looked out, photographed.”

In a conversation with the “New” Ostapov, he said that admitting to the atrocious atrocities, he defended the honor of his family. So, no doubt, the real mimino would have acted in his place. If anyone remembers the film, so he did: he was ready to sit down how much he would be appointed, for the honor of the sister. But Soviet justice figured out the situation. There are fewer hopes for justice.
