The court upheld a fine of 30 thousand rubles to the Ekovakhta coordinator Andrei Rudomakh for an interview

The October Court of Krasnodar refused to appeal to the coordinator of the Ecological Watch in the North Caucasus Andrei Rudomakh and upheld a fine of 30 thousand rubles. This was reported by the telegram channel "Protocol of Savelyev".

In October, the peace court of Krasnodar regarded the interview of Rudomakhi to the publication "South. MBX Media ”as participation in the activities of the unwanted organization“ Open Russia ”(Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and fined the“ ecological shift ”for 60 thousand rubles, and its manager for 30 thousand rubles.

In the appeal of Rudomakh, he insisted that he could not be held accountable as the head of the “ecological shift”, since in an interview he did not speak on behalf of a public organization. In the publics of the "ecological shift" this interview was also not posted.
