According to RS Preobrazhenskaya, Michelle lived all her life in Bryansk, graduated from a medical university, worked in a doctor in one of the city medical institutions. As follows from the indictment, the investigation found pornography in three drawings that Michelle placed on her page back in 2013-2014 "in order to get acquainted with the faces of non -traditional sexual orientation." The drawings are at the disposal of the RS, we are talking about Hentai - the genre of Japanese anime and comics with images of scenes of an erotic and sexual nature. In December 2018, the senior operative officer of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Bryansk Region E.V. Kosachev discovered these drawings and examined the page with the participation of witnesses, but for some reason the report on the detection of the crime was drawn up for some reason only six months later. In July 2019, an examination conducted by the scandalously known center of sociocultural examinations was also ready, whose experts took part in the affairs of the Pussy Riot group, witnesses of Jehovah and Petrozavodsk human rights activist Yuri Dmitriev. Experts found that in the drawings there are pornographic images of persons who have not reached the age of 14, in particular, a boy of 12 years (there are no indications of the age of the characters, the depicted genitals can hardly belong to 12-year-olds). In August, Michelle had a search at the house, during which a computer and other equipment were seized, and in September it was interrogated in the Investigative Committee. “As soon as I persuaded her, that it was urgent to look for a lawyer, but she and his wife believed that there was nothing serious. Investigators giggled, everyone giggled, Michelle said that no one seriously applies to this,” says Lada Preobrazhenskaya. According to Lada, from the very beginning she offered to announce the fee for a lawyer, but Michelle and his wife were afraid of publicity and decided to limit themselves to a lawyer for their appointment.
