The St. Petersburg City Court dismissed the administrative case of Alexandra Brusser, a participant in the May Day demonstration. This is reported by the "Apology of Protest".
Brusser was detained during the procession and fined 15,000 rubles under the article on violation of the rules of the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The activist appealed the decision.
“Despite the fact that the public event was agreed with the authorities, the police blocked the movement of the column and, under the far-fetched pretext that the procession had turned into a rally, began to detain the participants of the action,” the Apology telegram channel writes.
