For light, gas and water for the first half of 2019, the Russians owed more than 564 billion rubles to managing companies. The reader of Samizdat and the author of the text about the school agitation of "United Russia" Taras Shira know how to get this money. Naked witnesses, total poverty and knife to the side for one and a half thousand rubles - the same story from the life of a simple Chelyabinsk collector.
The same story is a section that transforms our readers into authors. You can also tell your story to our editor Kostya Valyakin .
- Perhaps sometimes it will be necessary to go to the addresses to debtors. Are you ready?
The last question at the interview forced me to fidget. I looked down and began to carefully examine the pencils on the table of my future boss - they were perfectly honed.
I was not ready. Naturally, I did not want to go anywhere.
But Sberbank, Alfa-Bank and VTB were considered differently. Once they all had the imprudence to give me a credit card. Their recovery department has not allowed me to get enough sleep for two weeks in a row. It was a shame to ask for money from parents: they did not even know that I had quit. I used to work in an insurance company, but after the next day in the office I realized that I had sat down and moved to the sofa for several months.
I sold dumbbells and began to seriously think whether I needed an exercise bike at home. I could no longer afford the third month of unemployment - and meekly agreed. So I got a job as a lawyer in the housing office.
How I protested Taras Shira , Konstantin Valyakin , Tashita Bell employment, an expanded social package and “comprehensive support” - a reader of Samizdat about how United Russia attracted students against the backdrop of protests
In that year, I immediately violated two of my main taboos: under no circumstances, even if it presses strongly, do not take money in a bank and not get in the evil places. At least the work was nonsense: file lawsuits to the court and submit the money received to the base.
After a couple of months, I learned the whole kitchen.
Most of all people are afraid of banks and microfinance organizations. The bank seems to be such a settled bandit. If you are a debtor, then, most likely, they will try to recover money from you three times. First they will call from the organization itself that you owed. Then - a lull, followed by a subpoenus and bailiffs. And if the bailiffs do not succeed, collectors can join in business.
In our ZhEK, these were mostly bitchy women who called debtors in the morning. Our bosses were not able to pay collectors for mediation. Why, if you can hire people in the staff and include knocking out debts in their work duties. The problem is that a person living in debt is ready to survive things and worse than a hysterical female voice in the tube.
Most often, the struggle for debt ends in the bailiff service (SSP). The bailiffs are guys who knock on your door and poke a xiva eye if you have debts. Do not open - they will leave. The folded decree is put under your door and, if you're lucky, will no longer appear. Yes, you can not open them. They have nothing to do with you.
There are a lot of debtors. Much more than you imagine. Most likely, even your neighbor, who has just returned from the sea and shines with a tan, also in his ears in debt. Nobody remembers everyone. In the offices of the bailiffs there are pyramids from boxes with court orders and executive sheets - many have long been the deadline for presentation. Now it's just waste paper.
Shame and laser: how Tatyana Ivanova , Konstantin Valyakin , Mitya Pakhomov Samizdat , studied the debts in Samara , studied how Samara lives - the city of debtors, in which laser marks and “pyramids of shame” help to knock out money for water for water Even your neighbor, who has just returned from the sea and shines tanning, can be along the ears in debt Theoretically, they can take on you if you are very “shining”, rude and do not let you forget about yourself in every possible way. But they will take it simply from the principle, and then if the employee is young and vengeful, and someone constantly reminds him of his work. This was my main duties: I had to slow down the bailiffs so that our organization was a priority for them and the first thing they did not allow our debtors to live.
The boss immediately said that she was not worried about how we will persuade the bailiffs to spend on us our working and non -working time. No one wanted to ride with us. I had two options, and both were equally bad.
The first is to start scribbling complaints about the bailiffs for failure to fulfill their official duties. The bailiffs have immunity: according to the law, they are obliged to give an answer, but you should not wait for mutual assistance after this.
The second option is to make friends and not complain at all, but then they expected to insolete.
I learned to balance on the verge. I brought the girls in the office of cakes and chocolate, and on the day of the bailiff brought the guys right to the beer with fish. Then their boss was a little dumbfounded: after all, one and a half spitting beer in a state institution is a bust.
But I forgot what lines are in the SSP department. The bailiffs are not used to a good attitude, so they loved me in the department, but for my colleagues an organized raid was a whole event. I remember that one of them was refused several times due to small mushroom rain with the motivation “unsuitable weather conditions”.
I liked the first month of work. The office even had a microwave with a refrigerator and air conditioners, who for some reason did not work. Paradise for office plankton.
True, sometimes debtors came and rolled tantrums. In a few weeks, I mastered the phrase “ignorance of the law does not exempt from responsibility” and pronounced it more often than the nun - Ave Mary.
Previously, I did not even suspect that in 2018 there are so many people in prisons and colonies: my table was literally bursting with certificates from places of imprisonment, who every day brought the mother and relatives of the debtors.
The bailiffs are not used to a good attitude, so they loved me in the departmentIt is impossible to make a universal portrait of the debtor. The men came on the rending rovers, women in mink fur coats broke into the screech and nervously pressed the last iPhones to the ear, some several times tried to bring journalists and expose our “fraudulent scheme”. But most often, of course, ordinary drunkards refused to pay.
It turned out that it was easiest to collect debts from pensioners. For some reason, many believe that the pension is inviolable. Nothing of the kind. The court order to recover the debt can be sent immediately to the Pension Fund, which will monthly transfer your deductions from the pension.
The trouble of the older generation is that it departed for a long time from people like Mavrodi. Historically, our people suffered a deception almost at the state level. It is easier for some grandmother to believe a gypsy at the station than a person in a tie sitting in the office.
In the second month of work, after the next meeting, it turned out that the results of our department were not satisfied with the leadership. I have an immunity for this phrase for a long time - I have not yet met a leadership that suits everything.
It happened that I was warned about the interview: they decided to make pirania from the office plankton - we started raids.
I did not amuse myself with illusions that if I speak calmly and reasonably, then the debtors will listen to me. I immediately realized that there would be some kind of game.
Instead of a short -haired bog bailiffs, a miniature girl in ballet shoes and a folder in her hands was shaken in my partners. She put on the form and heels for execution, but still did not look more serious and hardly frightened someone from the debtors. At the same time, the girl behaved quite aggressively, constantly entered into skirmishes, which made me be nervous. Of the two of us, for her insolence, I should have been the first to get in the face.
As I spent six months in a computer club Ivan Kaptsov , Konstantin Valyakin , Lena Gordeeva BDSM-Ded, Skinhead-Buster and a sailor stuck in the toilet. The reader of Samizdat got a job at a computer club and found out who goes there
Once we walked around the deaf yard, and a company of seven to eight people brought down from the arch. Almost all of them were without T -shirts and with blue stars on their shoulders.
I immediately realized that it would not do without incident. Seeing us, they calmed down, but did not slow down. In the person of each one read undisguised hatred. We caught up. I tensed.
- Dick garbage! - shouted one of them, a small and stocky guy with broken ears. Trying not to cross with them, we passed by. This time the prudence of my partner prevailed.
Our first address is an old building that used to be a hostel. Dark corridors with muddy and dull light bulbs. In the middle of the corridor is a rusty bike.
I took a crumpled page from my pocket - a plan of the raid, which I sketched in the office. Our first clients are eight debtors with difficult surnames living in the same apartment. Most likely, some handy. Nobody opened the door to us. And it is not surprising: it is difficult to find such an audience at seven in the evening at home, over a cup of tea.
All walls on the floors were covered with graffiti. Some illegible drawings, but mainly-the inscriptions of the AUI and the offers to buy salts and spies. Some drawings did not break in front of the door, but continued right on it. Some of the doors lost their handles and were painted over with white paint with the wall. In old houses, former evacuation outputs or some old pantries that have not been used for a long time have not been seized in this way. But when we knocked on these doors, steps were heard behind them. So someone lived there.
In an apartment with eight debtors, we were not opened, I decided that this was for the best. In the next raids, I tried not to go to where women or pensioners were not registered. It’s not that I cowardly, but if three young Dagestanis lived in the apartment, a sense of security completely disappeared.
As a result, only one old smiling Armenian opened the door to us - he signed in the papers, spoke compliments to the bailiff and promised to pay for everything.
- Show how to deceive the counters? I don't want to pay so much! - he asked for completely seriously before our departure.
In between, the Armenian said that most of our debtors have not been living here for a long time. About where the rest of the debtors moved, we easily learned from the old women sitting at the entrance. It is amazing that not one of them woke up with a feeling of neighboring solidarity. Probably affected Soviet education.
I went home, thinking that now such trips would happen to me twice a week. Eleanor Roosevelt once said: "To achieve success, do what scares you every day." It is unlikely that she had in mind that.
About people like us, it is customary to say: "Gather shit of the golden cow." By the way, this expression is dual. The point is not only that we bring less money than any other department, but also that we have to get our hands dirty.
Our "fleet" was one old "Niva", in which it was constantly stinking with gasoline. It was not a car, but some kind of archaeological misunderstanding. Of the five working days, she was stably broken for three days. The smell of gasoline was already so eaten into the salon that after half an hour all those sitting in the car began to spin. Only the driver was good. He laughed all the way, told swearing jokes and, when we went down from the debtors, each time he asked with hope: “Well, did anyone finally attacked you?”
The joke was ridiculous exactly until the moment until they attacked my colleague.
This is later, at the morning five-minute, they explained to us that before sitting down at the table and starting to draw up documents, we must fluently evaluate how many rooms are in the apartment, and listen to whether there is someone else in the apartment. And most importantly - never sit with your back to the door.
Everything happened suddenly. After the Ridow, the colleague said that they, as usual, arrived at the address with the bailiff. No hostility: the debtor invited them to the kitchen to write a receipt of paying the debt.
When everything was almost finished, Seryoga, let's call him like that, he heard some kind of sound and turned sharply. He saw a man standing behind him - although the owner said that he was alone at home. Sergei turned on time: the attacker was a step with an already brought knife. The colleague grabbed him outside the forearm and twisted his hand. Meanwhile, the owner of the apartment attacked the bailiff, trying to tie it to the floor. In the brawl, Seryoga received several tangible cuts on his hand, but was able to take the knife.
The debtors were a little scolded. Falling, a colleague and bailiff left an ill -fated apartment.
A day later, we joked at this story - however, no one was ridiculous. Get a “feather” in the side for 27 thousand rubles a month is a prospect.
We were sure that the raids would be canceled after that. Indeed, there was a lull for two weeks until the boss came to our usual weekly meeting with a black package.
“This is for you,” she said, “sort it out.”
Usually she brought stationery, but this time in the bag lay pepper spray spray cans.
“We bought more, here are 100 milliliters,” the boss explained soothingly.
The raids resumed.
I began to insist that a guy, and not a girl, was able to agree and take a PadEesnik on trips (as strong guys in the form and berets - bailiffs that ensure security are called in court; reduction from the “court of activity”. - approx. Ed.). They usually sit on metal detectors in the courts. To fall into uncomfortable and dangerous situations is their work.
In theory, they had to ride with us before, but before the incident with an attack on my colleague, the bosses of the bailiff service stood on their own: there are no free padeses and no one can go with us.
It became much calmer. We went to addresses, arrested property and almost did not meet aggression. The main thing is that the debtor pulls the door handle down or turns the key. All we need is a small gap into the apartment. Further, the Pedeesnik twigs the door filigree, which is why the debtor clinging into the handle literally falls on the site. Now he is ours.
Get a “pen” in the side for 27 thousand rubles a month - so -soSometimes it happened that in the same house the debtors were on almost every floor. I remember that some kind of drunkenness had rushed behind us. He went into the porch and climbed the steps with us.
An awkward pause. We stood at the door - and he too.
- What are you? - I could not stand it.
“Yes, he owes me money too,” he answered gloomily, nodding at the door.
The bailiffs did all the work for me - I just stood nearby. At first, I also wanted to participate somehow, but then I realized that the pressure cost me courage and effort, and they did it with some kind of manic pleasure.
One of the debtors turned out to be violent. We knocked for a long time and already thought of leaving, when suddenly the door swung open - and a sinewy man, squeezing a shoe spoon, literally fell on us.
- A knock on the head! He shouted, swinging.
I backed up slightly, but the Padeisnik silently took him by the breasts and carried him to the apartment. The falling shoe spoon plagored plaintively on the tile. Going into the room, the Padesniki threw the man on the sofa with force. He immediately somehow wilted. He slowly got out of bed and sat on its edge.
- Okay, guys, got excited. Maybe you want borsch?
We shook our heads negatively.
I have not seen such dirty apartments yet. Bottles, scraps of newspapers and husks from seeds lay on the floor.
Almost a third of the room was occupied by a large sofa book. On the countertop in front of a small TV stood several bottles of cheap beer. This man poured them into small tea mugs. From the snack - an open pack of cookies "Yubileini".

- Daughters, do not pay attention, this is to dad! - Through the cough, the man said.
Only now I noticed two girls standing in the corner of the room. They looked at us silently.
The face of the one who is younger was soaked in gouache. She held a brush in her hands-apparently, she painted something on a scrap of a batman lying on a dirty floor.
The second just put a doll in some kind of flash game on an old computer with a monitor-akvarium.
There is such a thing as psychological pressure. These are not necessarily threats: for example, when in the champing berets they walk along your beloved soft carpet - this is already pressure.
When they sit on your bed or look at your sideboard and refrigerator - this is also psychological pressure.
We squeamishly examined the apartment. There was nothing to arrest. The old Akari TV cost nothing more, like a computer with Windows 98.
When our team gets into the apartment of the debtor, who cannot pay, the bailiff describes property - in other words, writes all valuable things and their approximate value. They fall under arrest and often withdraw. You can not arrest the essential things - refrigerator, plate, clothes. Any small household appliances and electronics falls under the blow: from mixers to laptops.
I only leaned back that week, I don't need problems! Then it is required to find witnesses among neighbors - this is the most difficult task of the raid. If you arrest property without them, such a document will be invalid. I and other team members cannot be understood: we are interested parties.
There are only two witnesses, but this activity stretched for an hour. With the word “understood”, the doors slammed right in front of my nose. A little later, I got a little embarrassed and began to say: "Your neighbor asked to call you."
I left the apartment of the attacker with a spoon and knocked on my neighbors. The door was opened by a completely naked man, similar to Peter Griffin. Of the clothes on it, there were only Air pusions.
- Good afternoon! - I tried not to look down.
“Great,” he sniffed. - What is needed?
“Literally you,” I said. - The neighbors ask.
“Will you wait?” He answered. - I am a snot.
From such directness, I was even a little confused.
“Yes, come in,” he hospitably opened the door.
“No, thanks,” I answered. - I'll go.
Finally I found some student and old woman.
This did not promise anything good.
In the near future.
- So much? I asked.

I said.
I got angry.
I picked up the phone.
But who needs them?
