Omsk: human rights activist Musaev was arrested in the case of giving a bribe to the teacher

According to the TFR, the lawyer, in the interests of the student, handed over to the head of the Omsk State Medical University to Sergey Skalsky in his working office 30 thousand rubles for a positive assessment in the exam without his actual surrender. The investigation department claims that during a search, a certain publication was found in the federal list of extremist materials, as well as legal weapons - IZH -27 rifle and cartridges to it, which were supposedly stored in a violation.

Musaev is charged with a giving bribe (Article 291 of the Criminal Code), Skalsky - its receipt (Article 290 of the Code). Skalsky was sent under house arrest, also for a period until January 27. The criminal case was personally instituted by the head of the Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Omsk Region Oleg Vinnikov.

Musaev often conducted the cases of prisoners - in particular, according to Goncharova, represented in the European Court of Human Rights convicted in the Omsk IK -6. In addition, the lawyer heads the regional public organization Bart (the Bratsk Association of Related Teypes of Chechens and the Ingush of the Omsk Region).

Realities, colleagues of Musaev do not exclude provocations against him. “We have already filed an appeal to the European court with a description of the situation and sent an appeal to the UN International Court. I am extremely concerned that he is in the pre -trial detention center -1 Omsk, whose leadership and employees are very unfriendly to a lawyer who defended our trusters from their unlawful actions,” Goncharova said.
