
The security forces came with searches for politics by Mikhail Svetov, the head of the Libertarian party Sergey Boyko, the party activist Igor Efremov and the former girl Svetov Anastasia Starodubovskaya, Svetov said on Twitter.
During the search, the police seized a computer, an iPad and a phone during a search. According to the press secretary of the Moscow branch of the Libertarian Party Alekander Hood, referring to the lawyer Svetov Mikhail Biryukov, the goal was indicated in the decision-"Search for electronic computers."
At Starodubovskaya, her lawyer Maria Aismont said , “all mobile devices were taken, as well as some very old flash drives and discs that do not even belong to Nastya, but her former neighbor.”
At Efremov, writes Svetov in his telegram channel, visits took the old system unit, a cigarette case with bank cards, two boxes from iPhones, a flash drive and notifications of rallies.
As Svetov himself later specified , everyone who had searches was witnesses in the case of a photo on Svetov’s Instagram 2012 from Starodubovskaya, according to which he and Starodubovskaya were already interrogated. The case is qualified under part 1 of Article 135 of the Criminal Code (depraved actions with a person who has not reached 16 years of age) and part 1 of Article 134 of the Code (sexual intercourse with a person who has not reached 16 years of age).
The previous search in the same case was held by Svetov on November 6. After the search, he and Starodubovskaya were interrogated in the department of the Investigative Committee in the North-Western District of Moscow and remained witnesses.
Svetov was repeatedly organizer of opposition rallies in Moscow - in particular, a rally against Telegram blocking on April 30 last year, a rally for free Internet on May 13 of the same year, a rally against pension reform on July 29, 2018, a rally for free Runet on March 10 of this year, rally against repressions on June 23, rally against persecution of the FBC case and the fabric "Moscow case" on September 29. On July 31, when Svetov left the city hall from negotiations on the action on August 3 for admission of independent candidates for elections to the Moscow City Duma, he was arrested for 30 days. On August 12, Roskomnadzor demanded to block Instagram politics under the pretext that children's porn allegedly placed there.
