Anniversary of the Budapest Memorandum

25 years ago, the Budapest Memorandum was signed, which guaranteed Ukraine's independence and inviolability of borders for the rejection of nuclear weapons. Nuclear weapons were taken away, then Crimea and Donbass were taken away.
