In Moscow, near Red Square, law enforcement officers detained a driver, Pavel Muravyov, who wanted to take a picture of a poster on his car. He reported this to the OVD-Info hotline.
Muravyov said that he stopped the car for a few minutes near Red Square to take a picture of the poster on the car. Officers of the PPS and people in civilian clothes approached him and, without introducing themselves or explaining the reason, detained him. Now he is in the Kitai-Gorod police department, the police officers took his passport away in an unknown direction. Muravyov is charged with allegedly holding a picket on Red Square.
According to the information from the OVD-Info hotline, Muravyov is a deceived equity holder in the Skhodnya Park residential complex in Khimki, in connection with which he posted a poster about the problem of equity holders on a car.
