A resident of Novosibirsk Evgeny Gulyaev sued compensation for the concert of the Leningrad group in his city. He did not like the behavior of the leader of the collective Sergei Shnurov - in particular, what he used on the stage obscene abuse.
In his lawsuit, Gulyaev claimed that he bought a ticket for a concert, not knowing that Leningrad songs contain mat. Allegedly, he heard them only on the radio, and there was no abnormal vocabulary there. Hearing the songs at the concert, Gulyaev left the hall long before the event.
The plaintiff demanded that he return the money for a ticket, and, as a compensation for non -pecuniary damage, recover 100 thousand rubles from Sergey Shnurov and the Siberian hockey club, on the site of which a concert took place. The court granted the requirement of Gulyaev, but at times reducing the amount.
Social -networks users note that a resident of Novosibirsk still did not remain in the way: he gave two and a half thousand rubles for a ticket, and received 6700 as compensation, and that campaigns for concerts of Leningrad can become a good business
