Vologda: the ECHR for torture awarded the convict 30 thousand euros
The European Court of Human Rights awarded compensation for 30 thousand euros to a serving sentence in the Vologda colony No. 5 to Andrei Golovachev for being tortured in the institution. This is stated in the court decision.
