Sokurov noted that all calls to look for ways and form of dialogue with dissatisfied people were “rejected in an absolutely bureaucratic style,” and the meeting with the official shocked him with his uselessness.
In the village of ShiES, the Moscow authorities are building a garbage training ground where waste from Moscow will be taken.
